Central location and very comfortable. Beautiful old building and very helpful staff.
It a nice enough hotel, the bar area is soulless though, you could always have a drink in the courtyard instead but lots of people smoking there despite the canopy meaning it is 95% covered.
Would benefit from improved sound proofing as we could hear the street outside most of the night, the beeping of the pedestrian crossing right in front of the hotel too, and the doors seem very thin as we could hear most conversations as people walked past.
The main double bed sounded and felt more like a sofa bed which it very definitely wasn't. The air conditioning wasn't the best either and seemed to take an absolute age to make any difference to the temp in the room despite the very helpful card on how to use it.
Breakfast was included in our rate and had lots of great choices. Some hot but mostly cold. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. All of the staff we encountered were very approachable and friendly and always said Hello or Good Morning.
Unfortunately the hotel is in the wrong location, it doesn't feel very safe at all and gives completely the wrong impression of Naples. We made a point of getting back to the hotel before dark each night.

Good location - near the historic centre and 20 minutes from Naples airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
As soon as we got out of our taxi, our luggage was quickly taken into the hotel. The hotel is very clean, Very comfortable bed and breakfast had a lot of variety even vegan options which you have to ask for.
Surrounding area is rundown, dirty and lots of noisy traffic on the very narrow lanes .

L'isolation phonique Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la via Santa Sofia, Cette dernière n'est pas bruyante, mais le passage des scooters se faisait quand même remarquer.
Le petit déjeuner servi était tout à fait correct à une seule exception, La qualité des jus de fruits.

Palazzo Caracciolo is a beautiful historic property with impressive architecture, and a peaceful courtyard. The location is convenient for exploring Naples, although the surrounding streets are a little rough around the edges.
As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was disappointed by the complete lack of recognition and received no meaningful benefits during my stay. While the hotel itself is attractive, the overall experience did not live up to expectations for a Hilton-branded property.
The breakfast was fair and set-up like a cheap airport lounge....Naples offers far better and more affordable dining options nearby. Overall, an average stay and I would likely choose a different hotel on my next visit to Naples.

Un'architettura magnifica, gestita in modo ottimale da personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Locali pulitissimi e spaziosi. La posizione è assolutamente centrale, unico piccolo neo: la distanza da una stazione della metro.
I costi sono un pochino elevati, ma assolutamente in linea con i servizi ed il wellness forniti.
Location and cleaning staff and rooms felt new
The front desk staff didn’t feel trustworthy and didn’t act like the staff of a luxury hotel. Upon check-in, they put me in another room type and didn’t tell me. The second floor room was loud and I could feel rumbling from the metro. No facility for airport pickup.

Le personnel insolent, le ménage indolent, quinze minutes pour avoir un cappuccino, la chambre spartiate bref…..
What made this hotel exceptional was the incredible staff. They were so helpful and accommodating. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and despite facing a busy street, there was no noise at all. I did find the breakfast buffet expensive and plebeian. And I wasn't thrilled that security charges remained on my credit card for almost a week after checking out. But this hotel was otherwise so wonderful that I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
