Important information:

The listed spa tax is the maximum per person per night, and may be lower for younger guests.

Please note that children up to 3 years old can enjoy breakfast and dinner for free. Children up to 6 years are charged 5,50 EUR and children up to 14 years are charged 13,50 EUR for breakfast/per day and 8,50 EUR/ 17 EUR for dinner/per day in case of booking before Check In.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included. For stays of 5 nights or more towels will be changed and for stays of 8 nights or more room cleaning will be offered free of charge. An additional cleaning service can be booked on site. Beach towels can be hired from the property for a fee.

Dogs are allowed only in the apartment category classic typ 1 and family apartment maisonette typ 2, and must be requested in advance. There is an extra charge of EUR 22 per night per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per unit is possible. Please note that we can not allow other pets.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Good stay
Pros:

We booked a double bed - found single beds in the room but to their credit someone appeared very quickly with a double mattress topper which solved the issue

Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es gab wirklich eine riesige Auswahl. Die Ausstattung der Küche im Zimmer war klasse. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig. Der Check Out um 10 Uhr ist etwas zu früh.

Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Gleichzeitig ist Westerland mit dem Bus schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen, sodass man die Insel bequem erkunden kann.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist das direkt neben dem Hotel gelegene Rantumbecken. Die wunderschöne Natur und die tolle Aussicht machen Spaziergänge dort zu einem echten Erlebnis.
Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen.

Pros:

Grosse Anlage, ruhig gelegen. Outdoor Spielmöglichkeitebän für Kids. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, wenn auch jeden Tag gleich.

Cons:

Die Apartments sind eher klein und nicht sauber (Ameisen, Käfer, Spinnen, Staub, Haare). Es gibt unter fünf Nächten keine Reinigung und keine frischen Handtücher. Das Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption ist nur semi freundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Das Buffet zum Abendessen war lauwarm und wenig lecker. Eltern müssen dort bezahlen, auch wenn nur ihre Kinder essen. Im Schwimmbad befanden sich Fäkalien sowohl im Becken, als auch auf den Liegekissen. Es gibt keinerlei Spielraum bei der Checkout-Zeit, alles muss extra bezahlt werden.

Pros:

Funktional, ohne Schnickschnack für Familien sehr taugliche Anlage.
Fahrradverleih etc.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet…
