Important information:

The listed spa tax is the maximum per person per night, and may be lower for younger guests.

Please note that children up to 3 years old can enjoy breakfast and dinner for free. Children up to 6 years are charged 5,50 EUR and children up to 14 years are charged 13,50 EUR for breakfast/per day and 8,50 EUR/ 17 EUR for dinner/per day in case of booking before Check In.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included. For stays of 5 nights or more towels will be changed and for stays of 8 nights or more room cleaning will be offered free of charge. An additional cleaning service can be booked on site. Beach towels can be hired from the property for a fee.

Dogs are allowed only in the apartment category classic typ 1 and family apartment maisonette typ 2, and must be requested in advance. There is an extra charge of EUR 22 per night per dog. Pros:

Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten ein schönes ruhiges Appartment mit kleinem Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gab Gratis-WLAN. Das Meer ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant (Buffetessen) war zwar vielfältig, hat uns aber allen nicht so gut geschmeckt. Da viele kleine Kinder im Restaurant waren, war es auch ziemlich laut. Als Tipp: erst gegen 20:00 Uhr gehen.

sehr schön, uns hat es gut gefallen!
Pros:

das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, es wird immer wieder nachgelegt, ausgewogen und gesund, genauso wie leckere Spiegeleier oder Omeletts. Sonderwünsche, wenn möglich, gegen Aufpreis und Vorbestellung.
die Lage zwischen Wattwanderung (Osten) und Strand mit Surfschule (Westen) genial !

Cons:

Nichts wirklich wichtiges; aber wenn man schon die Geburtstagsdaten der Gäste hat, dann sollte die KI der Software einen Geburtstagsgruß für die Gäste/Zimmernummer und Person (Eltern oder Kind) an das Frühstückspersonal geben. ;-)

Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, wunderbares Frühstück: Wir kommen gerne wieder! Gerade mit Kindern findet man immer viel zu tun und kommt wirklich zu Entspannung und schönen Erlebnissen.

Cons:

Es wäre toll, wenn zumindest eine kleine Ausstattung auf dem Zimmer vorhanden wäre: Die Kaffeemaschine ist im Prinzip sehr nutzlos, weil man im Zweifel von Filtertüten über Kaffee bis hin zu Salz und Zucker alles selbst erstmal beschaffen müsste. Das ist bei Kurzaufenthalten eigentlich Quatsch und wenig nachhaltig.

Trotzdem ein rund um gelungene Hotel, mit einer hervorragenden Lage!

Sehr schönes Familien Apartment , die Lage hervorragend am Meer!

Cons:

Es war ein wenig Chaotisch mit der Kommunikation! Freundlichkeit beim Fahrradverleih, lies auch zu Wünschen übrig!

Wir werden wiederkommen
Pros:

Wir haben die Anlage sehr genossen. Als erstes stach die Sauberkeit hervor, sowohl der Appartementanlage als auch des Spa-Bereichs. An alles wurde gedacht. Angefangen von kleinem Dorfladen über Bar, A la Cart Restaurant, HP-Restaurant, Spa mit Schwimmbad, große Außenanlagen mit Fußballfeld, Basketball, KidsClub und vieles mehr. Großer Parkplatz davor aber auch die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Das Personal war bestens geschult und überaus zuvorkommend. Besonderer Dank gilt Michail und Iona aus dem A la Cart Restaurant Lekkersnuut, wo wir die beste Fischsuppe ever gegessen haben und die uns nicht ohne Regenschirm haben gehen lassen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig; 5€ pro Tag!!
Das muss nicht sein, weil insbesondere viele Familien mit Kindern und viele Rentner mit Enkelkindern oder Hund die Anlage buchen

Overpriced apartment hotel great for kids, with solid but noisy breakfast close to a breathtaking beach.
Pros:

Clean, well maintained, lots to do for kids, remote location, breathtaking beach just a 5-10 minutes walk away. Solid breakfast, good options for kids and adults. Well organized and overall friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Far too expensive for the value. Lightly dated and small bathrooms, cheap kitchen appliances, small swimming pool, could be better maintained in the changing rooms, breakfast area terribly noisy and far too busy (the room setup doesn’t work for the amount of people), not a lot of restaurants and no supermarkets close by, need a car almost every day.
