For the price we paid it’s definitely not worth it

Some of the grout in the bathroom was black ,there was no milk to make a drink , the for 2 kids was a fold out sofa , and we had no bedding for it (had to go to reception and ask for it ) got in our room at 2.30 and then went to the terrace bar on the roof to be told they were closed and it looked like they was setting up for some event that we didn’t know about,also no usb sockets

Zimmer (1104) hat extrem nach Schimmel gerochen und der Geruch war kaum erträglich.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Lift musste man teilweise 10 Minuten warten, bis man ins Zimmer nach oben oder wieder nach unten konnte.
Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Unser Zimmer (1104) hat extrem nach Schimmel gerochen und der Geruch war kaum erträglich, was besonders für unsere Kinder sehr unangenehm war. Im Zimmer nebenan haben sich aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit bereits Teile der Holzverkleidung gelöst, was ebenfalls keinen guten Eindruck gemacht hat.
Zusätzlich gab es beim Frühstück viel zu wenig Platz, wodurch es sehr eng und ungemütlich war. Dasselbe Problem hatten wir auch in der Bar im 19. Stock – besonders im Innenbereich gab es zu wenige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Wenn man Komfort wichtig ist und auf das Geld nicht achtet, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Gute Lage: Park, Geschäfte und Zentrum der Stadt sind in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war gut, es gab gute Aussichten (besonders auf der Dachterasse). Tiefgarage ist praktisch.

Cons:

Der Preis ist ziemlich hoch.
