Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet

Da und dort könnte mal aufgefrischt werden. Teppichböden in den Zimmern ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Pros:

This hotel was really a good hotel and it was perfect and excellent. It had a very good breakfast and was very detailed. The staff was very nice and polite. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was extremely clean. The hotel was very beautiful and pleasant from one side with a great view facing the river for morning and evening meals and drinks. The outdoor pool, sauna and showers were great. The beds and chairs were great for relaxing before and after the pool. A small gym on the third floor was very pleasant for me. I will visit this hotel again on my next trip.

Cons:

The only thing I wasn't happy with was the outdoor pool with a great view from the rooftop on the third floor of the hotel. It was a shame that the pool walls weren't clean at all and I didn't think the pool was clean. It would have been better if they checked the pool regularly and cleaned the walls to prevent all kinds of diseases. Thank you.

Tolle Architektur im Empfangsbereich und Bar. Interessante, hervorragende Zimmerausstattung. Schöne Lage direkt am Rhein .

Cons:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, aber man hätte sich am langen Wochenende mehr Personal gewünscht, um das Buffet wieder aufzufüllen. Zimmer mit Rheinblick sind teurer.

Royal
Pros:

The hotel is extremely comfortable and the stay is royal. With Rhine on one side and a train station to go to Koblenz/Köln Hbf and a bus to go to Bonn Hbf, this hotel is accessible easily by public transport. The room setup with connecting bathrooms and toilette was a class apart.

Cons:

The city centre of Bonn is served by only one bus every 20 mins, which means that you might need to plan in advance, if you plan to go to the city by bus

Needs a refit to modern hotel standards
Pros:

This is a rather odd hotel. The architecture of the building is interesting. The corridors seem you are not in a hotel by a house of ill repute, this feeling on enhanced by the artwork in the showers. The rooms are basic and a little dated. The staff in general friendly and efficient. The major issue with the hotel is the extreme lack of air conditioning, they have a heat exchanger with the river near by. This means when the river is warm, when you need AC it’s less effective. They do have portable ac units which require ice to top up to keep cool, available for each room and you are able to have many units in one room. Apparently any room on any floor in around 80 gets really hot during the day. So in the summer one to avoid. Also any room over looking the center could be quite loud if there is an event on.
