Overall, nice room, wonderful pool, friendly staff, but some weaknesses in service for such an exceptional hotel.

We had a family reunion, and the location was perfect for us.

Cons:

I liked the layout of the room, but either the light control system was broken, or it was not easy to use. It was a multiple step process to turn on the lights in the bathroom, and the lights for service or Please don’t disturb never worked. Even staff could not help us. Also, Ludwig’s closed earlier than advertised due to an upcoming private party. The bar upstairs was closed for two days during our stay also due to a private event. The wellness area was understaffed in the morning- no drinking water, empty jars, in general a mess around the entrance area. I was trying to get a mini facial treatment and it turned out that the cosmetician was not working during the four days of our stay also.

Just a great relaxing time spent with my two daughters.
Pros:

Great location. Restaurant options. Good walks. Great views.
Staff were super.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. This unfortunately wasn’t mentioned on the site when booking.

second time staying at this hotel, but I think we will try something else next time when we are in Bonn

Tolle Lage und Mega Pool
Pros:

Tolle Lage und ein immer wieder toller Infinity Pool.

Cons:

Leider ist die Minibar jetzt leer was sehr schade ist und die Preise an der Hotel Bar sind völlig übertrieben auch wenn man es sich leisten kann muss man für einen Aperol keine 10,50€ ausgeben. Wäre der Preis angemessen würden bestimmt auch mehr Gäste da hin gehen.

Gute Lage, Personal verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Gute Lage, modernes und sauberes Hotel.

Cons:

Bei diesem Preis sollten die Rezeption in angemessener Mannstärke besetzt sein, was nicht der Fall ist.
Zudem kann man ab 0900 nicht mehr davon ausgehen, dass das komplette Frühstücksangebot ohne extra darauf hinzuweisen zur Verfügung steht. Schade.
