Hotel in sehr schöner Lage am Rhein, aber sehr steril ohne Herzlichkeit
Pros:

Der beheizte Outdoor-Infinity-Pool

Cons:

Kühle, sterile Atmosphäre, wenig Herzlichkeit, Informationen nur auf Nachfrage, Bar außen trotz schönstem Sommerwetter geschlossen, keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Service kommt erst nach zweiter Nachfrage, Zimmer zum riesigen, nachts beleuchteten Innenraum (der nicht benutzt wurde) ohne Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Kein Schild „Rezeption“, „Parkhaus“, „Treppenhaus“.

Umgebung Top Hotel selbst extrem enttäuschend und ärgerlich

Restaurant Ludwigs war toll
Yunico Restaurant perfekt

Cons:

Einchecken katastrophal noch um 15 Uhr musste Rezeption zur Suite gehen und nachfragen weshalb Suite nicht freigegeben ist
Suite wie auch alles andere im Hotel in total schlechten Zustand dreckig vieles kaputt absolut unwürdig für so ein Hotel

Cons:

Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen konnte der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht eingeschaltet werden mit der Begründung es seien halt keine Kühlschränke.
Am Sonntag war die Bar im Erdgeschoss geschlossen. Unter der Nummer des Zimmerservice hat niemand abgenommen. Als ich die Reception angerufen habe hat man mir gesagt, dass auf Grund eines Krankheitsfalles seit 16 Uhr kein Zimmerservice möglich ist. Nur nach mehrmaligem Intervenieren hat man mir dann widerwillig etwas gebracht.
Auch die Reinigung war mangelhaft, nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Nachttischchen nicht gereinigt und die klebrigen Glasrückstände waren immer noch da. Auch unter dem Bett wurde länger nicht mehr gereinigt.
