Grosse Räume hohe decken sehr gute umgebung für Tagungen.

Cons:

Räume zu kalt temperiert Klimaanlage muss revidiert werden, steife hälse und leichte erkältung eingefangen, haben daher auf weitere spa sitzungen verzichtet.

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht in der Lage mich einzuchecken. Das Zimmer war schon vorab bezahlt und ich sollte noch ein deposit hinterlegen was üblich ist.
Etwas peinlich ist aber, wenn man nach anderen Zahlungsmittel gefragt wird oder Bargeld.
OBWOHL meine Karte hinterlegt war. Die Gäste hinter mir registrierten die peinliche Situation ebenso. Nach 30 min wurde eine Kollegin kontaktiert die HINTER der Rezeption die ganze Zeit saß. Nach ca 1 Minute war dann alles erledigt. Das funktioniert in jeder Pension besser . Für ein Hotel der Kategorie Mega peinlich und auch für den Gast!!! Empfehlung wäre geschultes Personal. Das war Mega peinlich für mich als Gast !! Es lag nicht an der Karte sondern an Fehlerhafter Eingabe!

Gute Lage direkt am Rhein mit Aussicht auf das Siebengebirge

Cons:

Das Design ist Geschmackssache. Das Rot an Boden und Wänden in den Fluren war mir zu viel. Schlimmer ist es, das es zumindest in unserem Zimmer nicht sauber war. Die Zwischentür von Diele und Badezimmer ist offensichtlich lange nicht gereinigt worden, sehr viel Staub darauf. Das gleiche bei den Jalousien, ebenfalls viel Staub darauf. Ekelhaft war das WC, an Wänden und Tür noch Rückstände vom Vorgänger. Die Drückerplatte des WCs war defekt, ebenso der Türknauf der Zimmertür, den mein Mann direkt beim Betreten des Zimmers in der Hand hatte, ein zufällig im Flur anwesender Angestellter hat die sofortige Reparatur veranlasst. Insgesamt machte dieses Zimmer einen eher abgewohnten Eindruck. Am Abend an der Bar haben wir mehr als eine halbe Stunde auf unser Getränk gewartet, der Kellner hat zwei mal nachgefragt, was wir denn noch mal trinken wollten. Die Bar war gut besucht aber ich denke für einen Samstag Abend übliche Gästezahl.

ein wunderschönes elegantes Hotel direkt am Rhein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

sehr schön und elegant ausgestattetes Zimmer (es war ein Premium-Zimmer, auf der rechten Außenseite des Hotels mit Blick Richtung Bonn und auf den Rhein).
