Very clean and comfortable

Very clean, great breakfast choices for everyone , friendly staff, close to everything.

I've been staying at the Marriott Residence for many years now...we were very excited but very disapointed to see the new renovations ....The lobby chairs by the fireplace are so very very uncomforatble and certainly not "welcoming" to sit at. Looking more like a cafeteria seating arrangement at a college dorm. The smell of the room was very just so overwhelming from the chemicals I'm assuming that clean the room.... The staff is just wonderful as always ...as is the breakfast. However with many new hotels in North Conway that I have recently stayed at I'm very disapointed in the change. Sorry to review this way...

Hotel is modern, rooms well furnished, pool good etc. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated but there was no cereal or fibre/ healthy options other than kids stuff (lady said other cereal had been out of stock for months) and I ended up taking berries, yoghurt and granola to breakfast which was needed after a week long road trip. We used the Laundry but they had no detergent so had to take the car out to purchase it. Complimentary coffee station was appreciated. We were there at the same time as the fun fighters bike club and they were all lovely and added to the vibe. Our daughter liked the s’mores kits.

I think that the hotel itself was fine, and maybe it was because we went midweek but their was several concerning things. We realized the night we checked in and were just going to wash up and get our son to bed that the tub was draining at all. We let management know and they sent some one ASAP and the man was very apologetic and kind but at that point we were just wanting to get clean and go to bed and ended up getting our son to sleep really late because of all of it. He did his best to snake the drain but needed longer one and said would finish in AM , he said he got a ton of stuff out but it was still blocked. Also when I went to turn the water on intially I noticed like hair like someone had shaved. It wasn't necessarily like oh who ever cleaned the room did awful but it was still gross and prob because drain was so clogged some stuff had pushed up when i went to turn it on. They also were redoing the parking lot and having people park on grass and far away, it was frustrating but we managed, I felt worse for the elderly people walking. Then we went to use the pool at night on out last night, I was excited because it was open until 10pm and I thought nice way to end night for our son. The was water all around the pools edge, both my husband and my son almost slipped just walking, the hot tub had been vacant for at least 20 mins but had this wierd soup foam layer on top even though no jets had been on. At first I though I was being overly concerned about the pool water but my husband took one look and was like he isn't going in that you can't see the bottom in 3ft which means it is not clean or properly maintained. Not worth the risk especially if you have any immune compromised or honestly just in general. I was super surprised they didn't offer more of apologies, we didn't make a fuss or complain. I'm not a Karen so it really was basic hey we need to know where we can actually find parking and want to actually be able to wash . The pool would have been nice and my son was disappointed and cried but what can you do, not worth getting sick potentially. They were very busy and people were in and out so I think they just were not particularly concerned. We had a family suite which was nice minus the bathroom situation, and they offered smore which was sweet. It is nicely located. We weren't going to let that stuff ruin our trip but it definitely felt like they were dropping the ball. Right before we left we got the breakfast which was fine but I had to laugh because I was keeping the container lid open for staff walking to refill eggs and instead of saying thank you she was like we close it to keep it warm... I saw her with her hands full and tried to help and instead got a comment like I was an idiot lol. Our family had a nice vacation despite all that though.

A delightful and very conveniently located hotel where the staff were absolutely friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was very modern, spotlessly clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love this location, however we didn't love the new furniture in room. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise service is great.

What a great stay. Super friendly and attentive staff. The room was fantastic as were the amenities. I loved that they give you complimentary smores kits to take to their patio and roast over a fire pit. They are super dog friendly. We were very impressed by the warm wlecome our pup received, complete with his own welcome kit. We will stay here again.

We’ve come up multiple times and anlways enjoy seeing Kristen R for breakfast. She always has a smile, kind words and is very friendly. To us, she is the face of the Marriott and we would give her 5 stars!

Very fine hard-working team attentive to the needs of the very broad array of residents from baby to senior… and their pets! All done so smoothly. Kudos to Kristen R and her fine colleagues who feed us so well to get us ready for all our activities - whether high intensity work or mountain climbing or vacationing. Gym and pool are nice. All very thoughtfully done. Housekeeping is outstanding daily. As a physician, I survived hard shifts thanks to the entire team. Value is outstanding!!

We has an amazing stay here. The free breakfast was a great perk and the staff, especially Kristen R. went above and beyond to be hospitable to us and make us feel welcome.
