-Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One-Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights.

-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £250 when staying for any length of stay in a Two-Bedroom Suite or Executive Two-Bedroom Suite f.

- Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

Die Lage im Northern Quarter ist super. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut.
Über Zimmer im 11. Stock hatte zudem eine schöne Aussicht (aber es zog durch die Fenster - vermutlich normal für England...). Das Bad war modern.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer/Bett waren wirklich sehr schmal und das Bett nur okay bequem. Insgesamt wirkte die Ausstattung bzw. wirkten die Möbel etwas lieblos oder in die Jahre gekommen. Durch das Zimmer verlief außerdem so eine Art Technikschacht, die durchgängig damit im Apartment vorhandenen Geräusche klangen wie ein alter Kühlschrank.
Insgesamt also alles keine Katastrophe , aber dann doch eher "so mittel".

A pleasant stay in an excellent location. Very helpful staff. Bed could have been comfier.

Excellent location. Lovely clean room.

The bed was not comfy. The wardrobe in the bedroom overpowered the room. A clothes rail and open shelving would open up the room .

Very good address in Manchester
Pros:

Very easy access from railway station, and to the city different interesting points. All possible by walking. The studio was very spacious, clean, I did not use the kitchen but there is everything you need if you want to use it.
Bathroom also spacious. Very little noise from the street. The staff is quite available and helpful when needed.

Cons:

Nothing. All good for my short stay.

An excellent hotel which I absolutely recommend.
Pros:

A friendly welcome on arrival, a very spacious and comfortable apartment with milk and water in the fridge and amazing views of the city, with the option of enjoying a balcony which stretched for the length of the apartment. The location is perfect for the northern quarter attractions.

Cons:

I didn't find anything to dislike.

Beautiful view from our balcony was an added bonus. Exceptionally quiet for a city centre hotel. Will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this place!
