- Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

I like the cleanliness and the staff's willingness to assist.
The stools (chairs) in the studio (Suits) were very uncomfortable and high, not tailored for everyone—exceptionally low-quality toilet tissue and not other tissues like kitchen or hand tissues.

We liked everything! The comfortable bed, great location, excellent secure onsite parking, helpful staff, amazing views, great facilities, and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we will come again!
We would have liked air conditioning in the room, as we visited during a heat wave - however, there was a good fan provided which did help!
The great location for tourists and the facilities were great. We fully used the pantry and the view was absolutely the best.
Very few to complain, but we wish the towels could be changed in like 3 days rather than a week.

Super Lage, viele Restaurants, Pubs und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Gut ausgestattet (inkl. Küche, Waschmaschine etc.). Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.
Teppich im Schlafzimmer hätte es nicht gebraucht. Laminat wäre hygienischer

Key cards stopped working once randomly ….. the hotel reception had checked someone into our room at 9am one morning when our checkout wasn’t until 11….. had two random men just walk in on us …. Luckily we were already up and dressed and they left when we asked them too, major safety violation on their part, they hadn’t asked me for ID when I turned up for my stay …. So who knows if they did for these guys
I liked everything about the accommodation, the staff was polite, the interior, it was so beautiful. I had fun.
Nothing to unlike, just that we went there during the hot wave time, and our rooms had no AC.

It’s not very for money. Furniture is not clean, with stains. There was no proper table in the living room. Doors are old and cheap. Linoleum floor is sticky and doesn’t look clean.
