-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One-Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights.

-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £250 when staying for any length of stay in a Two-Bedroom Suite or Executive Two-Bedroom Suite f.

- Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Great value and amenities!
Pros:

The layout of the 2 bedroom was amazing! There were so many awesome amenities that you do not typically get at a traditional hotel. Really loved the towel warmer.

We had an excellent stay and would like to thank the friendly and helpful staff for their hospitality and support throughout our visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped.

The location was one of the highlights of our stay. Most of the city's main attractions, restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues were within walking distance, which made exploring Manchester incredibly convenient. At the same time, public transport connections were very close by, making it easy to travel further when needed.

Overall, everything was fantastic - from the accommodation itself to the location and the outstanding service. Thank you for helping make our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. :)

Výhľad z 15. poschodia na celý Manchester. Čistota priestorov. Blízkosť centra a obchodov.

Cons:

Nemožnosť doplniť raňajky. Absencia upratovania počas pobytu. Musel som žiadať o doplnenie sprchoveho gelu, mydla a toaletného papiera. Hlučný bar hned pri recepcii s oslavami hostí mimo hotela.

Excellent stay would recommend for groups and families
Pros:

Great balcony and clean great rooms had everything we needed for our stay .

Cons:

Parking !!! I pre booked a space when I arrived they didn’t have one for me . But eventually sorted it . The car park is a joke it’s a mess and they say it’s tight !!! That’s an understatement shocking paying £18 per night for what it is

All in all a great place to stay. I’d go again.
Pros:

Clean, well outfitted. I loved the separate kitchen door. Bathroom was spacious and had a massive mirror. Two televisions (bedroom and living room)

Cons:

The balcony door malfunctioned and refused to close. From the looks of it, this has happened before. Staff were very responsive and quickly came to close it but it meant I wasn’t able to enjoy the balcony on a beautiful day because I want going through that again. The ironing board was also quite short, just above my knees and I am short. The plugs are oddly placed in the living room and bedroom (I had to iron in the corridor because of this)

Excellent location, amenities and the staff were amazing! I had 5 apartments booked and all of them were perfect!

Cons:

The lifts were super slow and there was a long wait to get down to the lobby. A very minor con of the building
