A great place to stay for UC Davis Medical Center visitors.
Pros:

The hotel is right across the street from the hospital; we were staying to support someone admitted for several days. Parking is free and it is easy to walk to the hospital. The room was spacious and VERY quiet! It was clean and the housekeeping service was good each day. The host was very welcoming; everything was truly "no problem".

Cons:

The furniture in the room is older and kind of saggy. The breakfast was pretty limited which is okay given the price, The other factors above far outweigh any negatives.

Love how spacious the room and bathroom were.

Cons:

Parking. Very narrow to get in and out. Parking space was tight and small. It was always full and we can never get parking. We had to paid for a 3 day parking at UC Davis across the street. Very inconvenient.

Pros:

Close to Davis Medical Center

Cons:

The garage was too small and it was difficult to park our car. The room didn’t have a closet or even a few hangers to hang our clothes on. The continental breakfast left much to be desired.

Left right after checking in. Didn’t even stay the night.
Pros:

It was close to UC Davis. Well within walking distance.

Cons:

There was a homeless person sleeping in a car in the parking lot. The area felt generally unsafe. The hotel itself was very hot and stiffy.

I didn’t like it and checked out after one night

It was not clean. There were stains on the blankets. There seemed to be a communication issue with the front desk. I checked out after one night. Then I am being charged for 3 nights. Overall bad experience.
