In general very satisfactory stay
Pros:

The very spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed and the amenities. The friendly welcome at the reception especially from the two interns or apprentices

Good choice
Pros:

Decent choice for Panama City. Older hotel but well maintained. Gold Suite was spacious and had ocean view. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful.

Muy buena estadía .
Pros:

La atención del personal en recepción es excelente. Siempre dispuestos a colaborar y solucionar cualquier inconveniente.
Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cómodas.
La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Deberían tener A.C en los ascensores. El único lugar del hotel sin refrigeración es el ascensor.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Aun cuando el hotel no es nuevo, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, limpias y con remodelaciones. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas.

Great staff and Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was great, clean and great staff. We arrived at 8 am due to an overnight flight and they got us into a room by 10 am. We had breakfast and hung out by the pool as we waited

Hotel bien ubicado.Pedir hab al frente.
Pros:

La predisposición del personal de atención

Cons:

El edificio está falto de mantenimiento. Ademas, nostocó una habitación pegada a una obra en construcción, no se podía abrir la ventana que había obreros parados en la misma línea. Tuvimos que pedir cambio. Muy caro para la habitación original, mejor la segunda. El hotel necesita una remodelación, quedó antiguo.
