Very pleased
Pros:

The front desk workers were kind all around, specifically Nai’jah and Ka’marie. Both of them brought a pleasant experience with their comedic relief after a long business day. The man working overnight whose name I currently forget (sorry) was also very kind. Overall staff members were great and the room experience was very good as well. I had a very small issue with the curtains when I first arrived however the maintenance man came in swiftly and fixed my problem immediately. Housekeeping was also very pleasant. All around pleasant stay, would book again.

Pros:

Great place to stay for the value. If you’re flying out of Sarasota/Bradenton, no better location. A little on the outskirts for business travel and restaurants but the value trumped all of that for me.

Great stay
Pros:

Nice airport location very close to beaches and a great selection of very nice restaurants. The hotel is very clean, ample clean rooms with refrigerator, microwave and sink as well as a full breakfast provided with multiple items to choose from.

Hotel NIGHTMARE
Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel and I was the for work , the front desk agent initially seemed friendly but couldn’t locate my reservation. Since I’d booked through a third-party site (Airbnb), there was some confusion happening on how it was supposed to be handled or that somone else didn't do their job with my reservation that came threw to them as i tried to understand from the young lady However, despite proof of payment, she insisted there was no record, and there was nothing she can do for me I had to wait while she contacted a manager. The manager confirmed I only needed to pay $50 for incidentals, yet the agent struggled further, implying nothing could be done turning me away completely, After nearly an hour of frustration—no manager physically present, just phone calls—she eventually “found” my room after I stood my ground. In the end, I paid the fee, but only after feeling on the verge of losing my reservation entirely. No apology came from the manager. The agent ultimately offered a few free concession items, which felt like a last-ditch effort to compensate. I’ll never return to that property after such a poorly handled experience. Completely ruing my work stay !!!

It sucks when you don’t get what you pay for.
Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay because I did not receive the accommodations I reserved.

I booked two suites, but upon check-in I was assigned one suite and one standard king room with a sofa bed. Although these room types happened to be the same price, they are not equivalent. The suite has a much larger layout and more living space, which is the reason I booked it.

I immediately returned to the front desk and spoke with Autumn, asking whether the room could be changed. Unfortunately, I was told the hotel was completely booked and that there was nothing they could do. I was also told, “If I assign you a different unit, then the next people after you won’t get what they paid for.”

I understand that the hotel was sold out, but that explanation was frustrating because I also did not receive the room type I had reserved. My concern is not about compensation or the room rate—it is about receiving the accommodations I specifically booked.

I would have appreciated being notified before arrival if the hotel could not honor my reservation or being offered a reasonable alternative.

Disappointed n have stayed here on several occasions!

Cons:

Cold eggs, little variety in breakfast. Only 2 towels in room
Shower head not adjusting n one door doesn't work.
Bed very noisy, broken?
Had to pay $8 for parking, some updating needs to be done!

Satisfied Customer!!
Pros:

We're here because my mom was sent to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. We wanted to see if we liked our room etc otherwise we would have moved to another hotel. We are pleased with our room but especially with the kindness and pleasant attitude from Autumn! I know for a fact that not everyone (everywhere) is so courteous to customers! Thank You Autumn!!

Autumn = the best
Pros:

Was here for a work trip and Autumn at the front desk really made my trip! From the moment we interacted she was warm and welcoming. She is so sweet, she would tell me to have a great day at work when I left and welcomed me back in to the hotel every time I came back. She went above and beyond to make a lasting impression, it’s rare and amazing to see someone taking such pride in their work with such a positive attitude. She truly made my stay here better, I truly hope her hard work is valued and recognized there!

Our handicapped room and bathroom was large.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was convenient to the Asolo theater where we had tickets for a play. The breakfast was excellent and had enough choices of food

The lady at the front desk Autumn was the nicest, most helpful person I have ever had at any hotel experience! And not just me but to everyone that walked through the door!!

First stay
Pros:

Excellent stay, the only issue we had was the fridge door doesn’t close properly so all the drinks we put in the fridge at night they were all warm in the morning.
