Feeling deceived by downgrading from Two-room suite to One-room Studio Suite.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location is good, overall quality acceptable for airport hotel.

Cons:

We were cheated and taken advantage. We booked a two-room King Suite. At the reception I asked the clerk if we will be staying at suite. She said yes. In fact, we were given a one-room Studio Suite with the bed and a sofa located in one room. Hotel was half-empty, there was no need to downgrade our stay.

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

When we got there I told the front desk I asked where to get coffee, she said in our room, so I asked how do I get replacement for the morning and she said to come back down and get more, the nice thing to do would to give me the coffee then instead of making me come back, simple customer service. The TV didn't work in our room, The technician was nice but we had to change rooms. We had two beds, and moved to a king and pull out bed and was assured the pull out was made by the hotel and very comfortable, NOT AT ALL it was horrible and had springs in it. The breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The overall hotel was run down. Only one elevator worked and it was very slow.
