Pros:

Nice lobby and general facilities. Good parking lot, good breakfast , good towels and quiet area.

Cons:

Issues with room's phone , our room wasn't clean after the 1st night and staff at the lobby not very professional, they need to be more friendly and to have better manners around clients.

My stay was not the best—in fact, I think it was one of the worst. When we just got to the hotel I was told they were having a problem and didn't have an electronic key for the room and. when I asked the receptionist how I was supposed to get back in, the solution she offered was to leave the hair dryer in the doorway so the door wouldn't close completely. On top of that, there was no variety at breakfast; they ran out of eggs, and when I asked the lady for more, she told me I should have gotten up earlier because they weren't going to put out any more—and it was only 9:00 AM. I asked what time breakfast was, and they told me 7 to 10am . I imagine they must restock during those hours. There was no conditioner in the room, either. My stay was truly disappointing.

Left saturday morning at like 8 am asked to have my room cleaned and fresh towels but when i got back at almost 4 my room wasnt cleaned towels were not re stocked.

We had a great experience during our weekend stay. On the night we arrived, the system was down, but the young lady at the front desk handled the situation with all the guests so professionally and kindly. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I truly want to recognize her for the excellent service.

All the amenities were great, and the location was perfect for a relaxing weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%.

Fun trip to SQR
Pros:

Great location right outside the main entrance to the SQR airport. The check-in process was easy. The room was fantastic, plenty of room and I appreciated there were enough hangers for my clothes. The breakfast was good. Checkout was just as easy and the staff was great!

I enjoy my wonderful stay over this past weekend at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Sarasota Bradenton Airport hotel. The moment my family and I arrive we were treated with excellent customer service from staff at the front desk. Autumn was very sweet and kind for making our stay very welcoming. I was recommended this hotel from a group of friends who stay 4 months ago and they gave me excellent feedback prior before my visit. I am here to confirm they were not wrong. Love it
