Great customer service
Pool area felt like a sauna all day. There is no air circulating
I didn't like the fact that they charged me $8 for parking, when I 'm paying customer
Charged twice
Bed
Pillows
Because no car parking free
No tv work no staff come and check l request but not come
The room was clean the property needs to be updated
Parking fee of 9.95 a night. For a small unsecured parking lot.
So this hotel wants to say that the cost of the room does not include parking in their lot. Ridiculous!! You have no choice but to pay or lose the room. And now a 3rd party has my credit card information. Totally not acceptable!! I’ll never book here again.
And the lie they told about all Hampton Inns moving to this parking fee. Not true
It was good
The parking fee it was confusing and the charge is on my hotel receipt but the app also made me put my credit card information in. I hope they don’t try to charge me twice. I needed help with the app as it was confusing and it is a nuisance when tired.
Had to pay for parking. Breakfast was not very good. No milk and butter came out after we ate
It was clean and a good value
I reserved two queens I got a king. Staff seemed like they really didn’t care one way or the other and like none of them really wanted to be there.
La ubicación
It was a place to sleep. Breakfast buffet was good, good selection of food and served extra hour in the morning.
Cost. $200+ on reservations.com. (Motel’s site). $150 on booking.com but not told that Hilton now CHARGES FOR PARKING in their own open lot. Parking charge can only be done with a smart phone. Motel doesn’t “deal” with this charge.
Every table at breakfast had a card to scan to leave a tip. It sure feels like Hilton is looking for any possible money grab that it can.
TV- only limited live stations. Streaming services require passwords. We were not traveling with our passwords. TV had a volume problem. Reported within an hour of arrival, maintenance man came as we were leaving the next morning.
Minor but the shower curtain did not reach the tub and flooded the bathroom floor.
Our room faced interstate and trucks on interstate using Jake breaks that we heard all night.
And the beds were hard. I like firm but these mattresses were hard and uncomfortable.
It's was not good
The rooms was not clean and the refrigerator did not work. The sheets was dirty on the on the bed. they had spiders in the room on the wall and I did let someone know.
What I did like about the stay was the location and how easy the hotel was to find, especially after a very long drive. The breakfast was also good and definitely appreciated before getting back on the road. Staff was pleasant and the overall stay itself was comfortable.
Overall the hotel itself was fine, but the parking process after a long day of travel was extremely frustrating. After driving 12 hours and arriving late at night, the last thing I wanted to do was stand there scanning a QR code and entering all of my information online just to park. It honestly made check-in feel more stressful than welcoming.
I also don’t understand why parking wouldn’t simply be included with the room or at the very least charged directly to the room during check in. Having to deal with a separate QR code system after such a long drive felt unnecessary and inconvenient. The whole process was more of a headache than it needed to be.
I booked and paid for a room with two queen size beds for five people. One being an infant that sleeps with his mom and . When we arrived sadly at almost 10 PM, they gave us a very tiny room with one queen size bed. They had no rollaway beds so that I didn’t have to sleep on the floor. But, sleep on the floor I did with my two-year-old grandson. That was last night, and I am still very upset. The hotel offered us absolutely nothing. No refund, which iswhat I asked for so I could get a hotel with two beds. They gave us nothing. And it wasn’t even up-to-date or clean and pool was ice cold! The breakfast wasn’t even great. I have nothing good to say about this place. I have two kids that live in Richmond, and I will never ever ever ever stay at this Hampton Inn again. Maybe I will never ever ever stay at any Hampton Inn again. Just upgrade to the Hilton or Marriott.
