The pool water need to take is dirty
I t was convenient to where we needed it to be
I thought that for a Hilton owned property, it was not up to standard at all. The elevators are in horrible shape where something has been ripped off the wall, maybe like a huge sticker or something like that, within the elevator, and there were initials of visitors stenciled on the walls. It was very unbecoming of a Hilton property. Also, our bathroom had scratches on the vanity. But, what really did it for us was paying for parking and not being able to park in the lot! I presented this problem at the front desk, and was told there was another lot away from the hotel that we could park in. When asked the location, I was told that it was around the corner, but it was not lit and I was by myself. I then parked in a lot next door which I probably did not have to pay for overnight. I was not a happy camper to pay the expensive hotel stay, and the parking, and felt I did not get a value at all.
The quality of the room was nice the beds were comfortable! The free breakfast that was included was good also!

Stayed here last night after driving 12 and a half hours we arrived they asked for my credit card to put a $100 deposit this is not a full service Hotel all they have is candy bars and soda the full service hotel across the street only requires $25 just playing with our money then I am told that I have to pay $10 a night for parking I'm handicapped and have a handicap sticker that's not acceptable she was nice enough to comp it got to the room no air conditioning and since I know a little bit about things because I maintain properties it was not going to work while we were there went down there spent five minutes arguing with her because she wanted to come up and take a look at it and didn't even have a clue about air conditioning all I wanted was another room after 5 minutes I got it get up in the morning no coffee I would never stay here I would never recommend this property or any property these people own all they care about is money and not their customer will definitely be letting Hilton customer relations know about my experience
Got here today. You have to pay for parking. There were no cookies. The TV does not turn on. The phone doesn’t work. The front desk clerk does not give a damn and says there are no other rooms to move us to, even though I can book one online. Never again.
Breakfast was very good, location is close to VA Hospital, the Handicap room, the bathroom did have required hand rails but the bath was a tub so it hard to access. Also the controls for shower head were Mount hi and not very accessible.
