Nice venue but lacking
Pros:

The room was comfortable and offered a good night's sleep - the room was well appointed in general

Cons:

The slowness of the service at dinner and quality of the food was average at best

A very pleasant & laid back stay after a busy time. Great food, staff & scenery.
Pros:

Golf & Spa Hotel in a beautiful setting. Very close to Gatwick Airport & access to the Sussex countryside. Room very clean & very comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. Restaurant & Bar set on an upper level overlooking the golf course & stunning views. Food excellent in the Restaurant & prices competitive. Plenty of parking onsite. Nice walks around the grounds.

Cons:

Would have preferred a walk in shower but not available but only a minor consideration. No non slip mat in Bath.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

The room size was excellent with plenty of space for myself and my daughter. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The courtyard was very pretty.
Food was great, a good range for breakfast. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

The swimming pool was a big reason for booking this property as my daughter wanted a night away with a pool.
When we arrived we were told that we could not use the pool that day as my daughter was under 14 years
When we went the following day, it was very busy with lots of older people doing laps and there was no space for her to splash around and play.
There could have been an area cordoned off for those not looking to swim seriously or an hour specially for families.

Overall a good stay although would ask for a different room if stayed again.
Pros:

Room very good - very comfy bed.
Breakfast choices good.
Staff hard working, helpful and friendly.
Nice little pool and facilities.

Cons:

Pillows were a little too firm.
Room 16 a little noisy with window open as deliveries to reception constantly in the morning.
Coffee machine at breakfast not working,
No decaf tea or coffee in rooms.

lovely location and facilities thoroughly enjoyable
Pros:

lovely location , nice breakfast and nice room , lovely staff..great sports facilities

Cons:

.apart from the bar staff female ..miserable ...could smile...shame the courtyard does not have a bar for smokers and it is such a nice area. ...menu at the bar ..could do with some better health food ie salads as a bit basic
