Wedding
Pros:

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony with the views of the golf course and lots of wildlife to watch. The restaurant caters for a wide range of diets and the food was very tasty. Helpful staff.
Lovely venue for our daughter to prepare for her wedding.
Great swimming pool and good opening hours.
Lovely courtyard.

Pros:

Everything was great, but there was a big function on thursday evening that was pretty noisy til late. By booking online was no way for the hotel to relay this but overall stay was great.

Good location good room that could easily be excellent with a little more effort see full review.
Pros:

This was centrally located for or needs with plenty of parking.
The room was nice and clean with the normal lay out of a large bed chairs and unit to work at.
The bathroom was as you entered the room it was clean and tidy, although some of the sealant could have done with replacing.
The rooms are accessed off a courtyard that's nicely kept and has tables and chairs to sit out on.
Our room had it's own little patio with a table and chairs accessed through a patio door.
The grounds and other facilities were good and the golf course looked very well kept.
We didn't use the pool or the gym so can't comment on them.
They have a bar with a seating area and the restaurant / breakfast area looks out over the golf course.
The bar is present and the staff pleasant.
The restaurant serves a good breakfast but be aware the pastries and fruit can run out if you are last to breakfast and they don't always have more even if you ask. There's a good range of continental and cooked breakfast options with tea coffee and juices overall the breakfast is very good.
Dinner, we ordered dinner and requested a change the waiter did go to see if the change was possible but got cut of by another member of staff who repremanded him Infront of all the guests saying changes can't be made and if they are extra charges would apply, we ended up cancelling or dinner order and ate in a great pub a mile down the road who would allow menu changes.

Cons:

Unprofessional repremand of staff in front of guests and at the time not being offered options when ordering diner, although they stated at a later date options can be offered.
Items like water and coffee biscuits in room were not automatically replaced each day of the stay we had to go down and request them from reception.
High areas in room and bathroom not cleaned dust and black mold present. Clearly short cleaning staff that could not see these areas, I am 6'6"

Pros:

Plenty of breakfast choices. Comfortable bed. Good shower. No air con but large fan provided was effective. Pool is a great size and leisure facilities were well kept. Stayed to attend a function nearby and staff were really helpful with directions and parking tips.

Cons:

Lots of flies in the restaurant.

Pros:

The access to the spa and the surroundings. Lovely :) it's a great location and really easy to access. Fairly nearby supermarkets, by car for food and there is a full kitchen.

Cons:

I think the bed may have given me a bad back. Maybe better mattresses. The lodge was overheated on arrival. The temp doesn't need to be put on full before guests arrive.

Pros:

Convenient location,good size room and friendly reception staff.

Cons:

Rubbish on floor in outside bar area, dirt on dining chair (had to wipe it off before I sat down and the staff member standing there just watched me!), sticky tables. Cleanliness was an issue.

Pros:

Lovely location, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and modern serving delicious food. The pool was clean and modern. The staff were kind and helpful. Debbie on reception was welcoming, friendly and helpful she went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our anniversary weekend.
Helen in the restaurant was friendly, efficient and respectful.
The bedroom was lovely although hot in the heatwave, a fan was provided.
We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Cons:

The bedroom overlooks the golfing area so could do with some net type curtains for privacy and so we could open the curtains. Air conditioning would have been wonderful in the heatwave.

Leider wärmt dass Lodge sich sehr stark auf bei schönen Wetter. Es gab 2 ventilatoren aber nachts doch sehr warm.
