Pros:

В целом нам всё понравилось. Отель удобно расположен, номер был чистым и комфортным, персонал вежливый и доброжелательный. Заселение прошло быстро, во время проживания никаких серьёзных проблем не возникло. Хороший вариант для поездки к Ниагарскому водопаду. Остались довольны и можем рекомендовать этот отель.

Cons:

Единственное, что можно отметить, — отелю уже не помешало бы небольшое обновление. Видно, что он немного устарел, и косметический ремонт сделал бы его ещё более привлекательным. При этом это никак не повлияло на комфорт нашего проживания — в целом мы остались очень довольны.

Pros:

Situation géographique permettant de faire la plupart des attractions à pied. Chambre confortable. Place de parking en face de l’hôtel. Personnel à l’accueil très aimable. Calme.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner moyen. L’hôtel mériterait un petit coup de neuf côté déco car véritable potentiel.

Pros:

Очень старый отель, грязные окна, грязные шторы. Ко всему страшно прикасаться.
Завтрак есть невозможно, пластиковая посуда.

The hot breakfast included potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausages, and pancakes, along with a waffle-making station. There were also breads, cheese, juices, coffee, and tea, providing a satisfying selection to start the day.

Cons:

After checking in, we encountered an issue, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally. They upgraded us to a better room, which we really appreciated. While the cleanliness of the room still left some room for improvement, the beautiful view helped make up for it and made our stay more enjoyable.

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, and nice staff.

Cons:

One elevator broke Friday evening, so there was only one working elevator all weekend because the elevator repair company they use only works weekdays. In an effort to go green, they've put motion sensors in the rooms. We didn't move enough in our sleep and the AC cut off. I woke up at 2 am sweating like crazy. I had to get up and walk around the room for the AC to come back on. The next day, I hung the plastic laundry bag in front of the air vent and sensor so the AC wouldn't shut off after 3 hours of no movement

Nice atmosphere but noisy on a rainy day
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and the building had a nice ambience. It was totally walkable to the fall.

Cons:

We could see an exposed water pipe on the ceiling, and because of the rain, the noise from the pipe was awful during the night, waking us up many times. We were staying in a room on the second floor, but it felt like we were lying just beneath a waterfall. We were worried the pipe might burst. Fortunately, the noise stopped after the second day once the weather cleared.
