Aceptable para un par de días máximo
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de las cataratas, habitación y baño muy amplios. El barman muy agradable.

Cons:

Nos alojamos 2 noches y no limpiaron la habitación, solo cambiaron las toallas y tiraron la basura. Telarañas en techos y esquinas. Desayuno tipo Americano con pocas opciones, cubiertos de plástico y sólo 9 mesas en la sala. Los dos días tuvimos que esperar a sentarnos para desayunar. La wifi en nuestra habitación no funcionó, bajamos a recepción y su única respuesta fue que funcionaba perfectamente.

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings.
Good American-style breakfast with hot food, waffles, and more.
The hotel has a viewing area.

Cons:

The windows in the viewing area were dirty and covered in cobwebs.
There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room, including dust and stains on the bed linens.
The furniture was old and worn.
The air conditioner was noisy.
The breakfast area does not have enough seating for a hotel of this size.
The parking lot is poorly designed. It has three rows, but the markings are unclear and there is no obvious way to exit from the third row. Unfortunately, someone hit and scratched our car while trying to navigate the parking lot. There is also a bent traffic sign there, apparently for the same reason.
Overall, the quality of the hotel does not match the price.

Ottima posizione per la visita alle cascate versante USA

Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dall’ingresso USA delle cascate e a 10 minuti dal ponte verso il Canada. Camera spaziosa con letto comodo. Possibilità di avere qualche snack durante l’happy hour. Acqua aromatizzata sempre disponibile. Frigo in camera. Jacuzzi spaziosa.

Cons:

Struttura datata. Al nostro arrivo la camera era evidentemente non pulita a fondo poiché la jacuzzi era sporca ed era presente un contenitore di frutta aperto. C’è da dire che lo staff ci ha trovato una soluzione equivalente al piano superiore. Colazione migliorabile, il gusto di frutta e succo era abbastanza cattivo. Camera non insonorizzata e TV non smart.

We went there for our anniversary and was very nice. We will definitely book again if we are in area

Would have been nice once.....

Cons:

Very strict on check in time and the room wasn't ready even then.
Some people were able to check in ahead of time but we weren't allowed.
Dusty room.
Scuffs and tears in the wallpaper.
Marks on the walls.
No ability to turn out the lights from the bed.
Really needs a refresh.
