Clean and very comfortable beds with a great shower!
Pros:

Very comfy beds, great pillows and new, fluffy towels. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Our room was near the elevator so we heard that. Our sound machine helped in that regard. Rooms could use more lighting!!

Exceptional hotel and staff.
Pros:

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came there the night after our wedding. The entire experience was exceptional.

Wonderful hotel, would totally recommend
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very modern but also retains its grand facade. Bedroom was fantastic and the people were lovely.

Cons:

Not a lot open around it and the temperature outside made walking difficult. Not the hotels fault of course. The rooftop garden was not open which was disappointing as I consider that to be a highlight.
To be fair it was labour day so exceptionally little open

Fist choice for stay in Tulsa ...
Pros:

We love The Mayo. It is an architecturally beautiful hotel. The staff is professional. Through the years, they have been improving the hotel with ne wlobby, new restaurant, noce walk in cafe .... it is always a lovely stay.

Cons:

We stay in a studio suite; and sometimes, the housecleaning is not done well ...
