televisione che non funzionava ma risolto brillantemente dallo staff in una mezz'ora. Cassaforte chiusa non apribile, luce del bagno che sin accende da sola ma si spegne dopo parecchio tempo. Colazione poca roba e senza scritto niente, le brioche bisogna prenderle ad intuito per esempio. Acqua che calda usciva a tratti.

It took us 3hours to find our hotel. We walked around the outside of the hotel, around the shopping mall, with all of our luggage. There were no signposts to the actual hotel, only to come to find out from a member of public that we had to take the lift from inside the mall up to the hotel - again no signs to inform us of this or even access to the hotel.

On check in, we were allocated 3 different rooms due to ripped carpets, peeling wallpaper, bodily fluids of some sort on head boards, bathrooms falling apart, tv not working, WiFi not reaching.... the list goes on.

The 3rd room we eventually stayed in, the bathroom wasn't great, the slats on the bathroom 'ceiling' showed right through into floor space and ducting, wires etc. Radiator was broken, shower leaked flooding the floor when used. No plug for the bath. The A/C didnt worked and decided to read 'Help' giving me who suffers with OCD intrusive thoughts, a horrendous first night of thoughts and visions of the mafia breaking in and getting us, given the 'ghetto' location the hotel is placed.

There was again some sort of spillage down the dresser and despite housekeeping daily, this was never cleaned. Rubbish was left in our room daily and not taken.

The only access to water was small bottles in the fridge - that didnt work so wasn't cold but cost €2.50, or the tap which is questionable and warm.

Although the beds were comfy, to ensure a comfy night sleep you have to sleep a mile away from your partner to ensure you do not fall through the gap of the 2 single beds pushed together or wake with a crooked back due to this - very little or no topper to stop this.

The rooms do not have tea and coffee facilities provided.

Breakfast was awful, although a fair choice, the only hot choice was greasy bacon and watery scrambled egg. The rolls on offer were enough to leave you with no teeth.

Unfortunately, the quality and facilities of the hotel seem to have declined considerably over the last couple of years. The rooms are not well maintained, with dirty walls, broken furniture, non-functioning power sockets and even curtains that were simply strapped up rather than properly repaired.

Although we were told the hotel was fully booked, the bar was not operating at all, which was disappointing. The breakfast selection and overall quality were also quite poor.

Having stayed here previously, the decline in standards was particularly noticeable and disappointing.

Важко було зорієнтуватися де заїд до готелю, особливо в ночі, адже він розташований на верху торгового центру. Від рецепції до нашого номеру йти було 200-300м з речами, тобто готель дуже великий. Тобто ніхто не допоміг.
