Please note that all bookings receive 1 starter pack on arrival containing tea/coffee, bath towels, bath mat, soap, tea towel, cleaning cloth, dish-washing liquid and powder. The following amenities are not included but are available at reception for an additional charge: hand towel, face washer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry powder, scourer and tissues.

Loved everything expect the incident last night with the fire brigade incident where i had to go down 14 flight of stairs when medically I’m not meant to just be told to go back up, i broke both my feet and since then i can’t walk very well.

Room was great. Clean & comfortable and was what I needed for my short work stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed.
The location was convenient for where I needed to be for work.

Our stay was all up really good except bad sleep due to beds being uncomfortable
Pros:

The pool is amazing, staff super friendly, great location within walking distance of city center. Apartment spacious enough.

Good location. Tired apartment. Value for money.
Pros:

Good sized apartment for two people. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff on reception. Handy location in the central city. Good value for money given the location.

Cons:

The apartment was tired: worn carpet, broken blind, non-working DVD player. The kitchen had minimal crockery, cutlery and cooking options. It's a city centre property, so there is always some noise going on from the surrounding area. The owners would benefit from doing more than just reactive maintenance.

The location and the staff where nice

Cons:

The rooms where old style, the shower was not in best condition. The cleanness need a bit more work as there were dust on bed side table and balcony was dusty too

Pros:

We inadvertently left an item behind. Because we had left the country, we were unable to collect it. The staff were very helpful and are holding it for a few weeks until friends who are visiting Adelaide are able to pick it up for us. Very impressed with the attitude and honesty of the staff.
