Please note that all bookings receive 1 starter pack on arrival containing tea/coffee, bath towels, bath mat, soap, tea towel, cleaning cloth, dish-washing liquid and powder. The following amenities are not included but are available at reception for an additional charge: hand towel, face washer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry powder, scourer and tissues.

The steam room wasn't working
The spa bit on the bottom was broken- my son hurt himself in it & extremely noisy on the weekends. Needs to be a bit more noise cancellation going on somewhere

$1000 for 3 nights of disappointment

I stayed here a few weeks earlier & had a great experience however I was in a different room.

Cons:

The steam room, sauna & spa were unavailable. My apartment was really grubby, one of the blinds kept unraveling on its own & it was the main one to the balcony. Marks on walls, doors. The front doors screws were loose on the lock so it wouldn’t automatically lock without mucking around with it before hand. The hot water ran out. Paid $32 a day for parking had to search in a carpark for the very last park which was hard to get into. Paid $933 for 2 nights then $50 for late check out. Few weeks before paid $288 for two nights in a 2bdrm apartment on a higher floor that was 1 sq meter smaller. Absolutely appalled with the price for what I received. Was told I could be moved but no money would be returned at all. Extremely disappointing after having such a great stay before

Great stay over all. The included breakfast was sensational!!

Having a balcony was great and the view was a great bonus. But the best part was the included breakfast!!!
