Pros:

Room was a good size and clean. It had tea and coffee making equipment and sachets/pods provided. The shower pressure and hot water was great. The bed was comfortable and large. Most of the staff was courteous and efficient.

Cons:

There was one staff (the welcome host) at the dinner restaurant (Parsons) who was rather curt and unhelpful. All the other wait staff was very nice, cheerful & helpful.

The breakfast service was average. The food offering was very restricted. The coffee was the worst. It was like drinking warm water. Barely had any coffee in it. And if you wanted better coffee you had to pay extra for it!
