Nice stay in good location
Pros:

Room was very clean and was lovely and warm when we arrived.
The free items were a nice touch
Bath towels were huge & fluffy.
Room was very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast on the second day was dreadful. The “hot” food was stone cold. Was perfect the first day.
Bar and restaurant are not open on Sunday & Monday which is ridiculous for an Accor hotel.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Mercure in Tanunda. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay.
Pros:

The location was great for exploring the Barossa Valley. The room was spacious, well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff, in particular the maintenance man (who assisted with changing a flat tyre) were all helpful.

Cons:

We arrived on a Tuesday, and unfortunately, the restaurant at the accomodation was not open.

The room was very clean, modern, recently renovated and well decorated. The bed was very comfy. It’s in a good location and the restaurant was beautiful. Great service and amazing food. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. Bathroom products were beautiful.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like, but it would be nice have to have some cutlery and plates in the room as we wanted to make a cheese platter. Larger cups would be good too.

The food. Breakfast was cold. Dinner only had chicken schnitzels. My husband always eats beef.. my fish wasn’t a piece of fish but a small amount of minced fish wrapped in a thick layer of crumbs. Must have been from the freezer..chips were good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the future.
Pros:

On arrival in the room we were told of the welcome gift of a bottle of wine, chocolates and free water which was unexpected and much appreciated. The room was comfortable but I expected there to be a microwave, as there was a kitchenette listed. I enquired at the office and was advised that they were available on request. So we were able to have one delivered to the room which was good.
We chose the breakfast included option and enjoyed a full and delicicous meal. I especially loved the fresh fruit.
One evening we dined in at the restaurant and enjoyed our meal.
The staff in all areas were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little smaller than I expected.
