Pros:

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The underground room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only small issue was that the towels were initially forgotten, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
