Pros:

Reception open 24 hour

Cons:

Was going to charged $15 for Carpark but no carparks left so had to park on the street.
One of the 2 keys failed so we used the 2nd key that worked. When we returned from dinner the 2nd key didn't work lucky reception was open to reprogram one of the keys.

Our stay
Pros:

Rooms were quite large and comfortable

Cons:

PLEASE READ THE FINEPRINT TO AVAIL BENEFITS WHEN STAYING HERE
The staff in reception could definitely be more polite when explaining the benefits I.e. the $10 per day voucher for not using housekeeping. The room bathroom had a lot of mould and could have been maintained better. One of the elevators remained out of order during our 4 day stay

The floor in our room was wet from a leaking shower. When I spoke to reception they offered me towels to put on the floor to soak up the water.

Cons:

We paid extra 15$ for the parking per night & we were promised with confirmed onsite parking. However, when we came back at night, no parking space was found . Reception staff were rude when reported, said they cant do anything.. Even whilst check-in, the reception staff was not cooperative and welcoming.

Overall it was okay for the short time we were there, however I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

Seems like there is no sound proofing, it was very loud even throughout the night. You could hear the lift, footsteps through the hallway etc. The room wasn’t overly clean, corners of the room looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for sometime and the bathroom didn’t feel as clean as it could have been.
