Pros:

Cons:

Cleanliness in room. Splats of unknown liquid in bathroom. Dust in grooves near fridge and other people's items under the bed.

Comfortable and enjoyable, great location for the kids to play in the park across the road.
Pros:

Easy to get to, onsite parking was reasonably priced, room was spacious.

Cons:

Onsite parking was very overfull, no set parking space allocated for our room.

Great short stay
Pros:

Room was clean and close to the free city tram. Shower was amazing and also having the option of a bath

Never again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable but more than 1 flat pillow would have been good. Where it is situated is good.

Cons:

It was “grotty”. The walls etc were dirty. The balcony was full of cobwebs and had not been cleaned (swept) in years. The shower over the bath is dangerous. The whole place needs a total refurbishment. The restaurant is closed on weekends which is just ridiculous.

We had to clean the air conditioner vents so it would work , they were disgusting, have pictures for prove there were bugs stuck to TV, the room was full of mozzies and bugs, there was mould in bathroom not been cleaned, ask for early room service because my husband was hospital never happened , the glass door out to balcony was disgusting it was dirty with bugs and finger marks.
At breakfast coffee in the pot was disgusting could not drink it. For the rate they charge per night plus a charge for car park, for $805 for three nights for a 4 star hotel, disgusting and very disappointed.

Difficult and unpleasant experience along with unfriendly staff and shortchanged on supllies.
Pros:

The room was small for two queen beds. The beds were too soft; the mattress needs to be changed. The beds also don't support your back. The toilet was not very clean. I saw hair in the bath and on the floor, along with dust. The location was okay, good enough.

Cons:

Not enough supplies, such as tea bags and toilet paper; the toilet bin was too small, and the curtains were very dirty. I called reception several times, and it took over 24 hours for them to assist.

Delicious breakfast, nice room, but the bathroom needs updating.
Pros:

We loved the buffet breakfast and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and extremely efficient. Our room was clean, neat and tidy and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the dated bathroom with the shower over the bath. This makes it very awkward to get in and out of and in a room for only adults the bath isn't necessary.

I don’t have a lot to say only I couldn’t wait to get out of there

It’s very dated needs a lot of maintenance.
My curtains didn’t close all the way.
It was noisy.

The power point locations next to bed. Should not have to get on floor to plug in electric or phone charger as hidden under/behind built in. The toilet continually running.
