The cleanliness of the room was absolutely disgusting. Stained quilts, stained pillows, stained curtains, bathroom was dirty and mouldy, walls and doors all marked, car parking which I booked to reserve a spot, I couldn’t even park my car and was sent next door after notifying reception

Great location.

Cons:

Hotel is old. Photos on booking.com are not an accurate representation of the property. Bathroom riddled with mould. Porta cot sent for my baby also mouldy. Extremely disappointed in the stay.

Pros:

The beds are very comfortable

Cons:

Dangerous getting out of the shower for somone that is unsteady on their feet.
Was not as clean as I would have expected, cigarette butts & spider webs on the balcony & floor was not vacuumed very well.

We ended up only staying one night instead of the two we paid for due to the condition of the room.

Cons:

Room was filthy, so dusty, carpets were disgusting. Did not feel clean at all. Dirty walls and windows. Bath/shower with installed shower head was awkward to use. Hot water was dangerously hot. Staff were not overly pleasant when I had a query about my room card not working properly.

Great value, excellent service. Location close to city & showgrounds.
Pros:

I liked that you could buy sandwiches, beer, wine and softdrinks from the reception area. Was easy to catch an Uber and they could drive in easily to pick you up.

Pros:

Place was in a convenient location for travelling and enjoying the city.
No time limit for check-in was great thatnks to the 24/7 service.
Bedroom was very comfortable.
I haven't had the chance to try the restaurant as I was out most of the time.

The terrace overnighter.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Nice linen, quality mattress and pillows. The buffet breakfast sad god too and cheaper if you book the day before. It's close to the free tram so the location was great.

Cons:

Not enough black tea sachets, it was all herbal, which I don't drink. Came with a coffee pod machine, but only one coffee pod between the two guests is a bit harsh.

Pros:

Strategically located to where I had to conduct work. E scooters close handy for transport.

Cons:

Shower over the bath,,,,,potential trip hazard. I would prefer to see no bath, and just a walk in shower.
