Comfortable beds, ensuite and kitchenette. Location.
Maintenance issues needing to be dealt with. Cleanliness needed attention.
Walls thin or lack of insulation - hear neighbours.
Staff were amazing, loved the welcome to country and would have really like some more information and learning about local indigenous culture and art
The walls were very thin, so could hear our neighbors
Location was perfect for exploring in the area. The room we stayed in was nice.
Infrequent room service during our four days there. The restaurant was quite expensive. Limited menu for vegetarian, gluten-free. Some good options on the lunch menu, but these weren't on the dinner menu when we needed it. At lunch, we were not having sit-down meals because we were exploring.
The location and comfort of the room were much appreciated
The location was amazing, walks through the Park were stunning.
The accommodation is tired and overpriced and certainly needs an upgrade.
The location is perfect for exploring the national park. The bed was comfortable and parking was easy.
The staff were a mixed bag, we were checked in by a lovely and helpful older lady but some of the bar staff were typical barely focused kids.
The TV in our room didn’t work and the water pressure for the shower was so low it made washing my long hair a nightmare.
Lastly 30AUD for breakfast wasn’t great value especially when we were charged extra for a decaf coffee
Location is great. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine needs to go. Make real coffee ☕️ please 🙏
You must have good coffee in a great resort. People expect it.
Clean & tidy. Friendly staff
Fantastic location with easy access to Wilpena Pound and well placed for surrounding areas of the Flinder’s Ranges. The room was comfortable and quiet. Dinner was very good.
No complaints.
Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. So lovely to arrive to a warm and toasty room on a winter's night, an unexpected surprise!
More visible signage of where the different accommodation and check in locations were for the various accommodations when you arrive. It is very dark at night with understandable low lighting, but exceptionally difficult to navigate around the park accommodation.
Great location, easy to find and staff were very helpful. Magnificent old tree outside. Meals in the restaurant were great
The lack of kitchen equipment was a bit disappointing (toaster, plates, etc)
We stayed in a newly renovated room. Modern, clean and comfortable. Lots of wildlife on the property. Kangaroos, possums and even saw a quoll. Very convenient location. Restaurant was great. Food excellent.
Staff on reception were mostly quite unfriendly. Not welcoming at all. Only exception was the lady on our last morning when we checked out. (Restaurant staff were all great!)
The resort is perfectly situated at the gateway to a unique wilderness space, with great local walks and other local sights to see.
Some more shelters along the walks might be a good idea. I got drenched but loved it anyway.
Great surroundings with spectacular bush and ranges views. Clean comfortable room. Very good restaurant.
Great everything! Location, facilities, restaurant, bar, tours, ambiance. Chris, tour guide, amazing knowledge and generous with his time.
Nothing
Clean, comfortable room in a fabulous location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tours can be booked through reception which is very convenient.
