Lovely one night stay except for noise of guests after 10pm which interrupted what otherwise would have been a very plea
Pros:

Rooms were well renovated and lovely staff.
Great to have an electric vehicle charging point - would be great to have more than 1 though.

Cons:

A lot of noisy guests late at night - it was school holidays.

Pros:

The front staff were amazing! I could not walk up stairs with my large bag, so they upgraded me to a room that was more easily accessible, no questions asked! The room was a newly finished room and was an amazing suite. Thankyou

Cons:

Badly maintained. Toilet seat was hanging offf. 1 coffe pod for 2 people overnight. No milk supplied until requested. Moved rooms 3 times after an exhausting 8 hour drive. Not good enough!!

Friendly staff, beautiful environment.
Pros:

Excellent service. I went to Manila to see the F4 concert, the management was so nice, they ordered a white chocolate with my idol Jerry Yan’ s picture on it and a beautiful cake , the a greeting card
