Spacious and comfortable
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable. The continental breakfast was just what we needed with a variety of food and beverages. The staff were very welcoming. This will now be our hotel of choice in Coffs Harbour.

Room was excellent value and extremely clean and modern, I was really impressed with the accomodation at this price point.

Short stay
Pros:

We were upgraded and the rooms were really nice and clean and comfortable. The photos on line do not do the rooms justice. They look much better in real life

Helpful Staff, Large comfortable room. convenient location.
Pros:

Comfortable. Convenient location. Spa was nice after a big day of hiking. Nice large room, easy to access. Nice breakfast

Cons:

Not clear enough how to negotiate breakfast . Unsure how some of the equipment was to be used. Unclear where to find crockery.
