It was nice for the short stay. I didn’t like the bathroom at all.

We really enjoyed our visit

Small pool for such a large place
One of the staff members was extremely rude while the other girl was extremely helpful. Our 1st night the AC leaked really bad. We got upgraded to a bigger and better room for our 2nd night

Regular hotel. Nothing specific

Cons:

We arrived at 10pm. The pullout bed was not made, there were no linens. I had to go down to reception and get the linens and put them on myself. No duvet as well. Only got a lousy microfiber for the pullout bed and was cold all night. The next day I asked for another blanket, they gave me a bed cover.

Cons:

The pool area was dirty the entire stay after informing desk employee. She stated that maintenance was off.😠. Other than that the hotel was good place to stay.

Très bon hôtel pour visiter Charleston sur quelque jours, pratique si vous êtes en famille.
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuné, chambre spacieuse et pratique. Possibilité de se garer facilement. Un petit repas fournis le soir avant 19h, très pratique.

Cons:

Chambre et équipement à remettre un peu au goût du jour.

The staff was very friendly even though the room could have been better I would come back

It was convenient location

Cons:

I found water stains from some cups not clean from previous users.
I also let the clerk know that the ottoman was torn and the night stand on the right side was very damaged with deep scratches. Plus the sofa cushion on the right side had a stain on it. She asked if I wanted to change rooms but I let her know I was just going on record about the damage I saw. I just drove 12 hours so I just wanted to go to sleep.
