Zu wenige Parkplätze hinterm Haus
The staff and everything was amazing the 2 ladies working the night shift and Mr Stefan in the morning was amazing.

Zimmer waren super. vielleicht etwas ein zu kleines Bett aber war völlig in Ordnung..
Sauna war Mega.. immer wieder gerne

Everything was very nice until the air conditioner turned on in my room at 3:30 am and there was no remote that allowed me to shut it off. The room became very cold, and the heater couldn't keep the room warm. I was unable to fall asleep, and I ended up sleeping only 4 hours that night.
You could have made sure that the controller for the air conditioning unit was left in my room. You could have made sure that the air conditioner wasn't set to turn on when the evenings were already cold. There was no phone in my room, so I had to get dressed and physically go to the front desk for help. Since it was 4 am, nobody was at the desk.

Close to airport. Rooms very clean. Had a bar and could get food. Stefan was the staff member when I arrived and he was excellent. I walk with a cane and he helped me with my luggage, transport to the airport etc.
Three things I didn’t like! chair in room to low for older person and could not sit in it. Couldn’t work coffee machine. Needs better instruction and no face cloth in bathroom.
Reception desk staff were friendly and informative. Stefan went out of his way to tell me & my friend everything we needed to know, and was especially helpful in booking my unplanned second night here; he was a real star. Other staff members were also helpful and made conversation, which was nice. I found the historic area really interesting, because I’d expected it to be a cultural desert, it being near the airport.
The cleaners outside my room during the day were very noisy, talking loudly to each other. And my shower was only lukewarm, which was disappointing because I really felt like a nice hot shower.
