This hotel needs more cleaning and the carpets have outlived it's usefulness. General face lift of this facility is highly recommended.

Our room was clean.
We had a 1 in sq of soap between 4 people. Breakfast was scanty. Place seems to have problems, coffee not ready, whole bowl cream cheese one day, none the next. Breakfast attendant needs to be attending rather than tucked away in the kitchen on a phone. I paid expecting certain things, they need to be available

Love the pool even tho it's on the smaller side and the breakfast was very good.
My sheets were stained looking my Son had to ask for better sheets and the room I booked before I got there supposedly had maintenance issues.

The rooms wasn’t clean no towels in the room. Covers was dirty. Breakfast was terrible it was barely any food at 7 AM.

The staff were great and the room was very spacious and comfortable.
We stayed on the first floor right next to the gym. There were some unsupervised kids running in the halls, talking loudly, and playing on the gym equipment starting at 7:45 am.
We were there in May and had a positive experience, but there was truly nothing positive this second time around. We were able to have rooms next to each other as requested, but they were unsatisfactory and we were not able to be relocated to rooms that were together.
We had two rooms. One smelled like a mix of marijuana and cigarette smoke, which smelled like someone sprayed perfume to try to cover up. The couch was wrinkled and visibly dirty. The second room had mold all over the curtains. When we approached the concierge regarding this, we were met with conflicting responses. He first said we would need to contact booking.com for a refund before they could do anything at all, then he said he could issue the refund before we speak to booking.com. He tried to talk us out of a refund by having us check rooms currently being cleaned, but they were not to be located anywhere near each other. These new rooms being currently cleaned seems to indicate the other rooms hadn't? Overall terrible experience.
