Pros:

the pool area was nice for my son water is freezing cold and can be cleaned as well

How the front desk receptionist (Tom) handled communication he didn't greet me when I came in, he was talking to an employee the whole time during my check in I had to keep asking questions because he didn't provide them

There were only 2 towels in the room for 4 people and there was 2 old face cloths hanging on the tub. We didn't make a big deal because we were only there for 1 night.

Location was convenient, staff was nice

Cons:

In one word: Grungy
There were broken tiles in the bathroom floor, and sharp edges sticking up which is very hazardous. The carpet looked clean but felt gross. The king bed was literally uneven / slanted, one side firmer than the other. There was a strange smell coming from the plumbing drains. The hallways smelled of marijuana. The included breakfast was very lackluster.
