I would like a refund or even half for the inconvenience of

Everything was 5\10 but worst was the elevator shut down for the 4 day I was there and unfortunately I have a pregnant wife and 1yr,4yr and our room was the 4th floor

Pros:

The elevator was broken the whole time we were there. The whole third floor smelled like pot. The property claims to be smoke free but at 1am we could smell someone smoking pot.

Pros:

It was honestly very filthy. I had to look at three different rooms before I was finally comfortable enough to stay in one. The sheets had stains, the couches were stained, and the carpets on every level were dirty and covered with stains. The pool was not clean either. The overall atmosphere reminded me more of a motel than a hotel. The room we eventually settled on had a bathroom that made leaking/water-running noises throughout the entire night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Rip off.
Pros:

Hallways were extremley dirty. The back doors were open day and night. Anybody can enter the property that made the property not secure and dangerous. Very poor breafast. The shower in the suite was not working. After we complained. They offered us a room and we paid for a suite. They did not want to give a partial refund for making stay in a room instead dor what we paid for suite.

Cons:

Bad experience. We stayed years before . It was nice
We are not coming back any more

Nothing at all, I canceled my room after being changed twice into dirty rooms.

Cons:

The staff was very immature and not knowledgeable of any of the hotel procedures. First inconvenience was a broken elevator. Second inconvenience the first room door had to be lifted up and shifted to close. They put me in a new room and the new room bathroom was so filthy. It was red dye from hair or something stained around the rim of the tub, also the bathroom floor had dirt and debree on the floor. No mop or cleaning supplies touched that bathroom. Once I canceled after the second room the NEW front desk clerk wouldn't give my deposit back to me. I had to call the next day and get aggressive thru phone just for them to release my deposit. Very poor customer service, nobody who worked there provided help to me besides suggesting ANOTHER DIRTY ROOM. The manager is horrible horrible horrible. Please get new managers. Also a couple was having sex in the pool during the arrival of my stay, just nasty 😬🤢🤮

Breakfast was OK minimal no fruit not even lemons for the tea. Tea boxes was out. It was empty. They didn’t wipe the table so I had to ask the lady three tables was clean.

The place was filthy that elevated didn’t work. They didn’t even tell me until afterwards. I was here because of the power outage and I have respiratory problems on top of that the smoke coming from Canada and it was hard to breathe and I had to walk up and down the stairs. The room was filthy. The blinds was filthy ripped up torn moan on the floor was filthy. Look like somebody buy it or a dog pee. It was mole in the corners. They only gave us two tiles and told us we had to come down and get them and they gave us some gray mix mat tiles. Nothing was white, even leaning on the bed with ditch and some of them had pink stains and stains on them the TV head stains or something on the TV screen and blood on the curtains, the water went down real slow in the bathtub from the shower and it was stains all around the shower no Kleenex in the bathroom no hand towels to dry your hands, no bath mat to put on the floor. All of the carpet was filthy. You can see it was dirty before I even cut the light on in the room from the hall light and on the first floor, they kept leaving the door open with a rock. I closed it. It wasn’t safe security no room service where you ask people to bring anything no cart for you to take your stuff in. The elevator was down and they taught me had been down for four days and it was down the day. I was there. They told me they couldn’t give me any money back and it was unacceptable the conditions that I found there and that I should contact booking to get my money back, but she wanted to give me a discount on another room for $80. What I paid for the room and I believe I was overcharged because I did charged me something else when I got to the hotel. I never ever go there and on top of that I got there 11 o’clock and checkout was at 11 and then the pool didn’t open until 10 and then the kids was gonna try to swim they waited till 10 o’clock to put chemicals in the water and told him they had to wait an hour. They had all day and night to treat the.

Cons:
