Deceptive AI altered Images online, in person the place is run down
Cons:

DO NOT BOOK! DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT. This place used altered, probably AI enhanced, images of their rooms online and was in terrible shape in person. All furniture was scuffed, the AC was duct taped, and there were screws sticking out of the bed frame. I checked in dropped off my stuff to enjoy my vacation and was not able to really inspect the place until later in the evening.

It was so bad that I had to change hotels. The hotel refused a cancellation and the manager hung up the phone on me while I was speaking to try to find a resolution since they did not get back to me during my trip. I said "I want to give you the opportunity to do the right thing" and the manager responded with "I don't want your opportunity" before hanging up on me as I was speaking. A completely terrible experience that if not for me changing hotels immediately, could have completely ruined what was supposed to be my birthday vacation.

Pour ceux qui se contentent du strict minimum.
Pros:

L'emplacement est central (quartier des spectacles, 10 minutes à pieds du centre des congrès)
Lit confortable

Cons:

Propreté de la toilette commune laisse à désirer
Chambre très spartiates: un lit, un lavabo, une télé. Pas de garde-robes ni crochets pour les vêtements ou de table pour travailler.

Bare acceptable minimum, I do not recommend.
Pros:

Location is conveninent and that's about it.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, room was full of patchwork, light switches and walls were dirty. You couldnt close the window due to air conditioning, forcing you to ear everything outside all night long on one of the most busy street in Montreal. Needless to say we had a poor night of sleep.

市街地にとても近い

Pratique proche du métro mais sinon trop bruyant, impossible de dormir, les concierges sont super.
Pros:

Localisation au coeur de Montréal et proche du métro

Cons:

Bruits incessants, surtout la nuit. Impossible de dormir, trop de gens qui hurlent dehors et font la fête toute la semaine. Il faudrait avoir une meilleure isolation au bruit, c'est catastrophique pour le sommeil... la rue est pleine de gens drogués et dangereux... Nous avons vu 3 agressions..

pesimño nunca limpiaron y el personal poco atento.no hay relacion calidad precio.a limpieza en 3 noches que estuvimos .los colchones horribles parece que los recogieron despued de la segunda guerra mundial..

Stay clear.. avoid
Pros:

The location was the only good thing

Cons:

The hotel is a dump. The pics are ai. It looks like they dont clean it, everything is either broken or stuck back together with tape. Not fit to be called a hotel
