Boa localização, mas o quarto é pouco funcional e o atendimento deixou a desejar
Pros:

A localização é boa, a cama é confortável e a calefação funciona bem. O café da manhã é aceitável tbm; simples, mas bom.

Cons:

O quarto é muito pequeno e não tem sequer uma mesinha para apoiar objetos ou fazer uma refeição. Há poucas tomadas, e precisei mover um móvel para carregar o celular. Também senti falta de ar-condicionado durante o dia. A equipe da recepção poderia ser mais simpática e atenciosa. O pior foi um problema no check-out: apesar de ter recebido a informação de que o pagamento seria processado pelo Booking.com, o atendente insistiu que eu pagasse diretamente no hotel e cobrou um valor superior ao da reserva. Mesmo após eu contestar, ele insistiu na cobrança. Como resultado, fui cobrado duas vezes e precisei entrar em contato com o hotel pelo WhatsApp para conseguir o estorno. Uma situação estressante que poderia ter sido evitada se tivessem ouvido minhas explicações.

Estrutura ok com atitude ruim
Pros:

Apesar de minusculo, o quarto até funciona. A localizacao é legal e tem estacionamento.

Cons:

Quarto e banheiro são minusculos - muito pequenos mesmo! Isolamento acústico é péssimo e a clientela não ajuda. O café da manha é OK, tem opcoes sem lactose e bons ovos mexidos, mas o local é muito barulhento (uma mesa conversando basta com a acustica ruim) e ainda colocam musica alta. O pior de tudo é a atitude do hotel... Havia um grupo esportivo de meninas se hospedando - 13-15 anos, acho, e não vi adultos acompanhando. Eles fizeram MUITO barulho. O hotel errou uma vez em não coloca-las todas numa ala, ou num andar (a quantidade de corredores, meios andares e alas do hotel parecia permitir), entao elas corriam entre os quartos, gritando, batendo portas até a madrugada. Gritavam nas janelas também, péssimo. E ai o hotel errou a segunda vez em não solicitar aos adultos acompanhantes (tinha que ter, não é possível) que contivessem o comportamento, pois era claro o quanto estavam incomodando todos os outros hospedes (num café da manha, havia um mesa com 6 das meninas; o tanto de olhares reprovadores que elas receberam dos demais hóspedes chegou a ser engraçado). Fiquei horrorizada e pensando em como garantir em qualquer futura hospedagem minha em qualquer hotel que não exista nenhum grupo parecido hospedado ao mesmo tempo.
