I had a great time and lived the city, the reception staff was amazing
Pros:

The location is amazing, near all the good places without being in the middle of the tourist areas

Cons:

For me could it been cleaner specially for a long stay, and breakfast could be mote healthy.

The best hotel you will ever stay at.
Pros:

The most exceptional hotel I have stayed at. Gorgeous, luxurious, the friendliest staff. Our room was unbelievable, with the largest windows and a view of the old street from the balcony. The front reception has a professional espresso machine and they make any type of espresso drink for you at any time, complimentary. The quaint breakfast room serves a delicious, complimentary breakfast every the morning. I wanted to stay there forever! I highly recommend.

Pros:

My wife and I booked a larger room that was perfect and quiet too. Bed was comfy. Bathroom super. Staff were always available and helpful. Breakfast was totally OK. They even had smoked salmon. The Inn's location was perfect for walking both in the old city and into the main part of the town.

Incredible location, amazing staff, and an overall fantastic experience. Thank you so much!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were very patient as we were practicing our French. They even prepared us a breakfast at 5:30 in the morning, even though it was before the official breakfast time.

We also really enjoyed all the complementary drinks and chocolate croissants, we had plenty!

The room was nice and clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location can’t be beat. It is in the heart of old Montreal and walkable to all the major attractions. We absolutely loved it.

Cons:

Everything was perfect and two hour liking.

Wonderful stay in a boutique hotel in Old Montreal
Pros:

The coffee bar was a lovely addition. The staff were very attentive. The included breakfast was perfect to start the day.

Cons:

There is no real views from the windows, just an alley below, which was fine as we were generally out exploring for the day anyways.

Una super sorpresa nella Old Montreal
Pros:

Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile, la stanza meravigliosa (con 4 finestre), il bagno super accessoriato.

Cons:

L'hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente le bevande al pian terreno. A volte si vorrebbe qualcosa e magari si è già in pigiama... Un bollitore sarebbe stato utile.

Pros:
