Te dejan a diario en la habitación un chocolate de cortesía. Si estás en la habitación, te lo entrega en mano una persona con una cálida sonrisa.
Poder rellenar las botellas de agua en recepción está muy bien, pero sería muy bueno que las rellenase el servicio a diario como cortesía. En estadías largas sería de agradecer.

Cons:

Durante el fin de semana el casino monta muchísimo ruido, si estás en plantas bajas cuesta dormir porque se escucha demasiado la música
