El trato del recepcionista fue muy poco amable y atento, practicamente respondio en tono burlesco y solo se limito hacer su pega, cero empatia.

El estacionamiento es ajustado y no estaba limpio. Las niñas que atendían bar y restaurante no tenían mucho oficio, pero fueron respetuosas y pusieron buena predisposición. La pizza napolitana no era pizza napolitana.

Ubicación, tamaño de la habitación, y atención del personal.
Falta mantención en las habitaciones del hotel. Por el precio uno espera otro nivel. Equipos de aire acondicionado ruidosos. El desayuno estaba bien, pero creo que podrían mejorar variedad. Incorporar opciones de niños por ejemplo. De los 4 ascensores del hotel, solo funcionaban 1, por lo que la subida a las habitaciones era muy lenta, y retrasaba las actividades. Los ascensores además eran pequeños.
