Muy agradable estancia.
Pros:

Buena suite y habitaciones vistas al puerto.
Ambiente muy agradable.

Cons:

Falta de reprise del personal( no conexión muy agil con los restaurantes de la zona...)servicio muy lento en la cafetería-restaurante.
De todos modos,nunca se puede generalizar,había personal excelente.

The staff in the reception are very kind. Welcoming in the room was amazing

The House keeping people needs more attention: they don’t change the used towels everyday, they don’t refill the hair conditioner every day.

Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso, atendimento excepcional, fomos muito bem recebidos! A equipe é muito receptiva. O quarto também é impecável, a cama é uma das melhores que eu já dormi na vida!!! Tudo perfeito!
