Pros:

I used to stay at this place many years ago. It was much nicer. Please definitely sure it’s age in the service is definitely lacking. Supposed to know that the only cleaning the room once every other day to keep that in mind during your day.

The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly, but I wouldn't consider staying here agai
Pros:

The breakfast tables were always sticky, and the toilet bowls in the men's restrooms on both the first and second floors were dirty. During my seven-night stay, the bath towels and room trash were replaced proactively only once; for the rest of the time, I had to handle the replacements myself.

Pros:

The location is great! The Amount of towels, overall facility, and complimentary breakfast are nice.

Cons:

Both beds in the room were hard and creaked loudly with every move. Parking is atrocious, it cost me 30 bucks to park.

Pros:

Good (not great) location…easy walk to plenty of restaurants. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

A little overpriced. We were there in July…this is Gainesville, not some tourist destination. Also had to walk to where the car was parked and pay additional.

I won’t go back. The food was terrible. The front desk was often unstaffed.

Old, tired and parking issue
Pros:

Arriving late, in the dark alone, the parking is two blocks away so you have to haul your luggage to the hotel as you’re forced to park for $25 overnight in the city downtown parking deck. Wife felt uncomfortable unloading and dragging her bags to the hotel in the dark. No upgrade as a gold Hilton honors member. I’d actually score it poor, but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was probably the saddest selection ever; only sugary cereals, stale white bread, really they could do so much better. We’ve been looking for a nice place to stay to break our regular journey from Sarasota to Atlanta, but this certainly is not going to be it.
