La ubicación es muy buena!!!

Cons:

Viajamos con nuestro perro, al llegar nos pidiendo cartilla de vacunación pero jamás nos lo hicieron saber antes para ir preparados, nos cobraron un fee de $500 pesos por noche por el perro (se me hizo exagerado)
La habitación es tan pequeña que si llevas maletas no tendrás espacio de caminar.
No hay nisiquiera un perchero o un escritorio para poder tus cosas.
Se escucha TODOOO de las otras habitaciones,
Especialmente de las de arriba!
Por el precio considero que puedes encontrar algo mejor 100000%!
El personal no fue amable al momento del check inn pero después mejoró el trato.

Trabajen para mejorar sus áreas de oportunidad
Pros:

Pedí csms grande esperando una kama King ya que era para una pareja por perrito y kos fan una cama matrimonial. Fatal fue muy incomodo motivo por el cual nos retiramos antes del hotel.

Para el chek out la chica molesta, creo que no le gusta su trabajo.

Cons:

La comida del restaurante fatal. Una piña colada muy mal preparada quien les dijo que se hace con piña natural.
Una simple sopa de tortilla mal ejecutada, la base es básica con tomate y EPAZOTE.
Aguacate, crema , queso y chicharrón este último no tenis. Van por separado para que el comensal lo ponga.
Nada les cuesta faltar al personal que prepara la comida, parte importante de in alojamiento.

Me gusto mucho las camas son cómodas, me encanto el Internet de alta velocidad a pesar de la lluvia, cosa que no tuvimos en el otro IBIS de plaza Galerías, también el personal es super amable se llevo un 10

Cons:

No me gusto mucho que no exista un servicio a la habitación, también creo que el elevador requiere un poco de mantenimiento ya que sonaba mucho al subir, pero la experiencia fue buena dentro del hotel, estaría genial tengan amenidades en el espacio de restaurante por las noches

Avoid. If you r booking from booking. Com. They have issues against app
Cons:

None. Room is so small that we had problems where to place our suitcase. . No dolly to carry heavy boxes . Receptionist tried his best to give us the wort view. Room is so close to elevators. Workers decide to change locks around 9 am.
