Lied in chat and also on their bookings offer about availability of baby bed.
Cons:

It was written in the booking add (and still is) that baby bed is available if requested. I requested one, confirmed via chat 2 times before my arrival that they will put a baby bed in the room. 30 minutes before my arrival i received message that they don't have baby beds...

Für mich war das Zimmer wirklich ganz ok. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist toll. Bus und Bahn sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Vybavení, čistota, pohodlí.
Ráno jsem si chtěla "dokoupit" snídani, o kterou jsem původně při check-in neměla zájem. Recepční byl skvělí. Řekl že to není žádný problém, zaplatila jsem mu hotově a doprovodil mě do prostoru se snídaněmi, zapsal si mě do nějakého dokumentu s číslem pokoje a popřál mi dobrou chuť. ( Byl velmi milý, usměvavý a působil velmi profesionálně i když byl zřejmě ze mě trochu nervózní (jsem TG MtF)) Děkuji moc pane recepční i za Vás respekt ke mě!!!

Cons:

Po doprovodu od pana recepčního do prostoru se snídaněmi jsem si vzala talíř a začala vybírat co si dám. V tom mě oslovil jiný pán, mám pocit, že se ani nepředstavil s otázkou z jakého pokoje jsem? 2 minuty zpátky si mě zapisoval skvělý pan recepční... Podívala je se na něj a vidím jak se škrábe u nosu a kouká na mě jako kdyby si myslel, že k hotelovým hostům nepatřím. Rozhodně musím říct, že na mě nepůsobil profesionálně. To nemluvím o tom, jak si mě prohlédl od hlavy až k patě. Víte, potkávám se s těmito pohledy každý den a věřte, že my TG to nemáme vůbec jednoduché... Musím říct, že neudělal asi nic špatně, nic méně na mě nepůsobil příjemně. Pánovi se omlouvám za upřímnost s přáním: "zkuste se zamyslet nad neverbální komunikací, Vaše ťukání nehtem na na podložku pod strojem na juice když ukazujete druhému hostu, kde máte juice, také nepůsobí vůbec příjemně.... (Působí to velmi direktivně!!!)"
