Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’aucune information relative aux marées ne soit communiquée. Aucun accès à la plage pendant tout le séjour. Pas possible d’utiliser les kayaks et même petit déjeuner pendant 9jours aucune diversification.

Amazing place and outstanding service
Pros:

The hotel is amazing, we had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Leo, the front desk manager. From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond to find us a quick, effective solution to an issue we were having. He was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant.
Meeting Leo literally changed our entire stay for the better. His outstanding service and positive attitude made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. People like him make a real difference in hospitality. Thank you so much, Leo, for everything!

מלון יפה מאוד, חדר מרווח עם גישה לבריכה שכונתית, צוות מאיר פנים וניקוי יומי מוקפד של החדר. בריכת האינפיניטי של המלון נעימה במיוחד וכייף לשבת לידה ולצפות על החוף בכל שעות היום.

Escape Trip at Lamai Samui
Pros:

I’m back in Samui after more than a decade. I used to stay at Chaweng Beach, but this is my first time staying in the Lamai area. A beachfront hotel offering a good level of privacy, featuring a pool right by the beach. The weather is pleasant with strong sunshine and beautiful skies; at sunset, the changing colors of the sky create a romantic atmosphere.
The hotel also offers rooms with direct access to the large indoor pool, but this time we stayed in a room featuring a private whirlpool tub and an open-air, Balinese-style bathroom. I like to relax with in this pool after long day, the water bubble to release my back pain. The hotel isn't large, but it is lush and shady, with tropical trees lining the walkways. The menu features both Thai and Western dishes. Among the Thai options, I really liked the duck Khao Soi. For breakfast, there was a wide variety of fruit, as well as rice soup with onsen eggs and scrambled eggs. I also enjoyed the French toast, and the fried tofu with teriyaki sauce was delicious—though I can't recall the exact name of the dish for dessert I try Mango Sticky Rice. Staff are very friendly and supportive. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, and a beach with a walkable stretch nearby. A shuttle service to Central is also available. Next time, I’d like to try staying in a beachfront pool villa.

Sobretot, el personal! La piscina compartida de l’habitació és molt agradable i dona una sensació molt xula des de l’habitació.
La zona de la piscina gran es molt agradable i la platja és molt maca.

Cons:

Una mica més d’espai a les zones comuns hagués estat bé. Estan ampliant l’hotel i aixo feia que hi hahues soroll durant el dia quan haguessim volgut relaxar mes.

Frühstück war gut. zimmer schön.

Cons:

Service mit dem Kaffe eher langsam. Zimmer waren gut, Mückennetze über den Betten wären hilfreich. Waren sehr enttäuscht vom Steg, der sah alt aus und man konnte dort nichts trinken, sah auf der Homepage anders aus. Ebenso sind die Liegen nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Die Essens-Portionen sind sehr klein. Der Strand und die dazugehörigen Liegen sind nicht schön, keine Sonnenschirme.

J’ai aimé la déco du jardin dans la villa pavillon, le personnel très agréable. Une cuisine du midi et du soir de qualité

Ayant payé un séjour à plus de 5000€ mon séjour avec un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il n’est pas concevable de ne pas avoir des matelas sur les transats de la grande piscine, mettre des chaises en plastique de jardin , pour le restaurant, laisser les tables et chaises sur le ponton de cette façon le matin alors que les clients déjeune face a la mer ce n’est pas professionnel, soit on les range soit on les tire s’il n’y a pas d’événement. En fait pour le prix que j’ai payé, je pensais avant tout vivre un expérience pas juste les fonctionnalités standard d’un hôtel. Et aussi le petit déjeuner manque cruellement de choix. Soit tu pain, des fruits, des œufs, ou des pâtes thaï.

Relaxing atmosphere
Pros:

The Lamai Samui has a really nice and relaxing atmosphere with lots of greenery around the hotel. The Plate is one of the restaurants there, with a beautiful sea view and a great place to enjoy a meal.

They also have different types of rooms, and each one has its own unique design and style. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, it’s a nice place to relax and enjoy your stay in Samui.
