The staff, the location, the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the whole resort. They truly pride themselves on making your stay memorable and it really shows. From the waiters to the managers to the housekeepers, they are all so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay a one of a kind experience.

Our beach attendant, Tevin, looked after our needs endlessly. A pleasure to know him.
Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.
Loved everything , location , beach , sea, accom , and most importantly the people were outstanding.
Only that in an all inclusive the dinner food can become a little repetitive. However tje quality of the food and wine was good .

Staff so kind and great food
Pretty much everything: great beach, sea swimming, room size and ambience and sea views; food; beauty of the setting; views from the restaurant; evening entertainment; fellow guests.
Mosquitoes were a nuisance, even during the daytime. Service at mealtimes and room cleaning were rather too laid back.
Small and intimate, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained with an attentive, friendly staff. We loved the beautiful, quiet beach, the excellent service, good food and blissful peace and quiet. The outdoor showers were a treat and there are many, many small, thoughtful touches throughout the property.

You can’t beat the ocean view on the property We stayed in the ocean front room at the end number 60 which was perfect for us and I thought it was the best spot in the resort !
The food was pretty good lots of local fish, the drinks were delicious nothing premixed like at other resorts which I really loved. Staff were very attentive and very friendly . Aron and Tevin were amazing at the bar great service all around . Very quiet and relaxing if you love staying on the beach this is the place for you
With this being a higher end boutique resort I feel like the bedding quality in the room needs to be improved. The beds are not that comfortable the mattress at least the one we had was extremely hard and linens quality not top notch . The resort is beautiful however along the water there was a wall that they tore down but did not do a thorough job there are visible wires sharp wood and iron rods poking out in places if someone falls on accidentally could get hurt I was actually surprised to see. Where our cabana was which was an awesome spot on the beach but they need to remove the over grown roots below the sand better-because myself and husband and the people next to us kept stepping on protruding roots which were hard to see because they blended in very well , not fun when you are walking.
