We loved this place for our family (2 kids 3yo and 4yo) and would stay again.
Pros:

Pool was great and maintained. Breakfast had a great variety in a clean area. Staff were great and friendly. Room was great value for the money.

Cons:

We would have appreciated being able to get extra pillows for our room and when we went to the front desk they didn’t have access to them at night.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kommt überall schnell hin, NASA, Galveston, Kemah Boardwalk etc. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt frische Waffeln, Scones, Früchte, Rührei , Würstchen, Toast, Haferflockenbrei, etc

Cons:

Der Pool ist klein und es gibt keine Sonnenliegen oder Schattenplätze. Er lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Der Fitnessraum ist klein und überschaubar eingerichtet (ein Laufband, ein Crosstrainer, ein Spinning Rad, Gewichte etc).

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was great.
Pros:

The ladies at the breakfast station were wonderful. They were so nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the bed was a little hard and the pillows were not comfortable. One pillow was so flat and lumpy and the other one was too big and lumpy. Other than that, I thought that everything was great.

Pros:

Location. Cleanliness. Comfort. How the lady accommodated my reservation quickly when I was put in the wrong room. They told me they gave my room away because of over booking. The late night clerk, a very nice Hispanic young lady, found what I reserved very quickly fixed our issue. Room was awesome!

We came a little after check in and rooms still were not available. Once they became available we had 2 towels for a family of 4. The maids could not speak English. Had to wait for the front desk staff to find someone. The staff ended up giving us towels from the front desk. The room was hot and muggy.

Close to all of the areas we were there to visit. Breakfast selection!! Pool hours (opened late). Everything was clean, everyone was nice.
