The property is located in a complex of 02 hotels: the use of facilities and areas of the hotels is restricted to the guest of each property.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. O atendimento na recepção foi bom. Porém, o restaurante o tratamento é muito rude, merece melhor atenção em relação ao atendimento, à limpeza e organização.

O Golden está em uma localização privilegiada em frente ao lago. Gostamos muito de ficar nessa região pela tranquilidade.
O chuveiro é uma ducha muito pequena. Não traz conforto nenhum para o banho. Não tem shampoo e condicionador. Tem apenas um frasco 2 em 1, que inclusive está fixado muito alto. Uma pessoa de estatura mais baixa tem dificuldade para pegar…
Outro ponto que já não era bom, mas que agora está muito ruim é o café da manhã. Não tinha reposição (9h), não tinha talheres e nem prato para servir, os pedidos da tapioca e omelete estavam demorando demais e além disso o pedido não veio bom.

Quarto muito bonito e aconchegante, vista linda, móveis, decoração, conforto da cama.
Apesar do quarto ser bem aconchegante o serviço do hotel foi péssimo. Os funcionários são confusos, mal informados e o hotel mal sinalizado.
Ao chegar na portaria para fazer o check in fomos direto pra garagem (não sabiamos que era pra ir por cima), ao fazer o checkin nos explicaram muito mal como acessar o elevador do Bloco A, que é MUITO mal sinalizado na garagem e no hotel, péssimo, ficamos mais de meia hora entre idas e vindas.
Para sair com o carro precisavamos passar na recepção para validarem nosso ticket, fomos, disseram que podiamos ir direto pra garagem e não conseguimos sair, tivemos que voltar, não encontramos ninguem na garagem para nos acessorar.
Pedimos uma panqueca de doce de leite no restaurante Touro, depois de 2 horas esperando e muitas ligações para a recepção e para o restaurante (que inclusive demoram MUITO PARA atender), resolvemos cancelar o pedido pq nunca chegava e não nos falavam oq estava acontecendo.
O café da manhã era mal organizado, apenas 1 pessoa fazendo ovos e tapioca, demoramos 40 minutos pra uma tapioca mal feita.
Enfim, não voltaremos mais neste hotel, não recomendamos.
Chuveiro entupido, ralo do box entupido e toalhas que não foram trocadas.
