Disappointing stay with outdated facilities, poor service, and restrictive guest policies.

To be fair Nothing was likable about the hotel

Please don’t book this hotel. save yourself the disappointment.

1. The rooms and equipment are extremely old and dirty. The TV, fridge, towels, and other facilities are outdated and poorly maintained.
2. The attitude of some hotel staff was very disappointing. In particular, I felt that one staff member treated me in a racist and disrespectful manner, which made my stay very uncomfortable.
3. Breakfast is not even served at this hotel. If you pay for breakfast, you have to walk to another hotel about 400 metres away to eat it. This should be made much clearer before booking.
4. They force you to wear a hotel wristband throughout your entire stay, which I found very uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. Please take your money somewhere else. there are much better places to stay.

Teppanyaki at Forte Oph

Amir and Harjot made our experience at the Teppanyaki excellent.
The show was amazing and Amir looked after us so well. The customer service was second to none.
I would highly recommend this trip and visit to everyone.

Gostei bastante do acolhimento dos funcionários que ao longo da estadia se mostraram super competentes, também empenhados em falar em Português! Nomeadamente o Bob da receção, no bar da piscina o Amir, o excelente anfitrião do restaurante Sandeep e na animação a Nirma! Com um STAFF assim as nossas férias ainda se tornam mais agradáveis!
No tudo incluído também se destaca! A comida era boa! Quanto às bebidas não eram limitadas, temos bastantes opções! Adorei o restaurante temático Mexicano, um atendimento de excelência e a comida divinal! Aconselho vivamente!
