رائعة وجميلة جدا
Pros:

الموقع وسط المدينة . الافطار ممتاز وسعره معقول . والمهم الموظف مانيول ( EMANUELE ) والموظف (DAUIDE) كانوا رائعين في تقديم الخدمة وكذلك شرح مفصل عن الاماكن شكرا لهم .

Unfriendly, unwelcoming staff but great location
Pros:

The front desk reception was not friendly. We waited an hour at check-in and our room was not ready. They would not offer us complimentary drinks upon arrival when we discovered we still had to wait. Only after waiting almost an hour and our room was still not ready did they offer us complimentary drinks bc they wanted us to wait even longer. It could have been the least they could have done from the beginning. But they were cheap. They stated that their housekeeping was delayed and it was not “their fault.” Like what? Well it certainly wasn’t our fault. What kind of response was that? Finally, they offered us another, upgraded room. But they were resistant to do so, but we couldn’t wait longer than an hour! We just arrived back in Rome and it was our last night. We were exhausted after a 6 hour train ride, felt gross, and did not want to spend our last day in their lobby. The upgraded, executive room was spacious and clean. Basic and good enough. Not sure what our original room would have been like. But the executive king bed room only offered one bath robe and one tiny complimentary water instead of 2. There was a gross mushy dirty shower mat to prevent slipping inside the tub. The location was great though. Pretty easy 15-25 min walk to some central Rome locations. It’s also less than a 5 min walk to Rome termini, which made getting to the airport super easy.

Would have preferred a different hotel in a different area.
Pros:

Lobby and check in were fine and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Seedy area, flimsy shower that didn’t drain well, deadbolt that had been broken into so it didn’t work(maintenance replaced the strike plate but damage to the surrounding woodwork was apparent), shades were worn and few amenities in the room.

Excellent emplacement. Nous avons utilisé les trains pour nos déplacements de Rome vers la côte Amalfitaine. Les chambres sont bien spacieuses et les lits très confortables. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner, très bon avec un très
grand choix varié et beaucoup de fruits frais.

A very convenient 2 night stay along with family in Rome
Pros:

We did not opt for breakfast during our 2 night stay. Family suite provided was on higher floor, very clean and it had all modern amenities. Location was right next to Roma termini station (about 15-200 meters) and 15-20 mins walk from colosseum. There were many restaurant and shops nearby to take care of essentials. Checkin & chekout were hassle free and completed in minutes. In house restaurant is a good meal option in between many joints nearby. Hotel reception staff also call for city taxi as per the need

Cons:

Only one small flip side was occasional noise from road and restaurant in the vicinity. UNA management can look towards making road facing rooms more sound proof
