We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the UNA Hotel, and the room was consistently neat, tidy, and comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Virginia at the concierge desk; her outstanding professionalism, expert local insight, and dedicated support ensured our stay was both seamless and highly memorable. With such exceptional service, we will certainly consider returning in the future.

Cons:

Honestly, we have no complaints about our stay. The service and room quality met all of our expectations, and the flawless experience left us with nothing negative to note.

UNA Hotel non delude
Pros:

Ancora una volta non ha disatteso le aspettative. Staff sempre cordiale e efficiente, colazione molto ricca e camere pulite e perfettamente insonorizzate. Ottima posizione sia per la metro sia se ci si vuole spostare a piedi.
