What a DUMP
Pros:

Closeness to the eye center

Cons:

Just about everything. With the renovation happening, the entry was not all the notable, parking was a joke and the initial room that was given to us was a mess - (air conditioning unit was torn apart, the room was hot and had a bad odor and the door would not open on the first two tries. The amount we paid was higher than if we booked directly with the hotel.. No one at the counter when we checked out, the breakfast was terrible (including location). I will NOT ever stay at this hotel again. I am shocked that this property is a SpringHill Suites. Lastly the pictures are NOT a real representation of this location.

It was so bad that we will not be using Booking.com in the future. Falsely advertised & overpriced!

Location was close to hospital

Cons:

It was being remodeled - there was no front entrance & no signs to find the entrance or parking. The lobby was the old gym & the breakfast was served on a folding table in the office & consisted of dry pastries, yogurt, & bananas. The room was dark & the couch torn & frayed. Our friends had to change room as the air conditioner didnt work & was actually taken apart & laying on the floor when they entered. Finally we received an invoice in the morning from the hotel which was $35.00 cheaper than we payed Booking.com!

It was good.
Pros:

It was super close to the University of Miami hospital, staff is very friendly, they have a restaurant in site from 3-11,

Cons:

The room and the carpet is out to date and smell.

Lesson learned, stick to Hilton

Cons:

At check-in, I was given a card that said I could use it to purchase up to $23 dollars worth of food at the bar. On my receipt I was charged for the food which didn’t equal $23. What was the purpose of the card if you turn around and charge me for it

Pros:

I was overcharged! I am a Marriot Bonvoy member. The bill was over what I was quoted. I was also charged an extra $26 that they said was complimentary for dinner.
