Our stay was enjoyable minus two concerns.
Pros:

We found the breakfast to be very good! Such a wide variety, especially considering our dietary restrictions (my daughter and I being vegan/vegetarian).

All staff (aside from hotel manager) were very courteous, helpful, and accommodating!

Otherwise, our stay was most enjoyable. This was our family's second stay, and we hope the third exceeds the last!

Cons:

Unfortunately, I did not like the feedback from the manager on duty for two nights of our stay; he was not considerate or hospitable. On one of the nights we had asked to combine our hotel credit, which we hadn't used during the time we were there. The manager denied it, and I truly think he could have been more flexible and used better discretion, especially knowing that we we were travelling with an old lady (my grand-aunt of 85 years) and my 3-year-old toddler. His reception was rather curt.

The hotel location was OK... just a little drive from eateries.

I think the cost of parking at the hotel garage was ridiculous!

Nice rooms good location could be closer to hospital
Pros:

The rooms was good air conditioning was loud. The signage for property could be better, uber had trouble finding it. Just a small sign on corner.

Cons:

The front end staff could be friendlier especially when we had questions or when it was early in am. Told me it was safe to walk to hospital by myself at 0500 in am and didn’t give good direction. Totally sketchy area.

Nice hotel just needs more people and a little updating.
Pros:

the rooms were very nice. The lobby was also nice. They did a great job with cleaning the rooms. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

had a problem with the fact that there is no shuttle and there are no restaurants within walking distance. Also, my ice machine was broken for the whole stay which was five days. The bar was a nice area, but the food was not up to par, and they only had one lady working who was very friendly but very busy. Whenever you called the front desk, no one answered.

Hotel is barely adequate. Poorly maintained and in a bad neighborhood. Close to medical centers.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Hotel is close to medical centers and provides a shuttle service.

Cons:

Stains on carpet and furniture. Several lights in room/bathroom did not work.

Zero problems with the staff the rooms need to be gutted
Cons:

The room smelled of must and mold it affected my sleep and allergies. Not one USB plug available in the room. Even though the room look clean just walking into that smell made me feel very dirty.
