Clayton Hotel London Wall

Very comfortable rooms, had a great sleep. Close to Liverpool Street Station and Bank Underground station. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Complementary popcorn, water, diet coke and kit kits were a nice touch.

The room is larger than we expected and was spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee and snack supplies were wonderful.

The reception was very kind to take our request for late check out till 12:30 pm that allowed us to do the last minute shopping around the area.

Location is perfect - 8/10 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station, Bank or Moorgate.

I always enjoy using the hotel for business meetings.Having a lovely sandwich and coffee. Mainly because they're 5 star customer service is what I need when clients are with me. It always looks very impressive.

Chose it because it is a convenient location to the Barbican Centre. We found a real hidden gem - welcoming and helpful receptionists, excellent generous well equipped quiet rooms, outstanding restaurant staff for both service and quality of dishes. Thanks to Tanzid, Dee and Chef Edward for making a birthday celebration a little special in the evening and a very hearty breakfast the following morning to set us on out way. Kept our luggage secure while we did some sight seeing before arranging a taxi to take us to the station.

Our whole party were made very welcome and impressed with the total package. Many thanks, we look forward to revisiting this and some of your other hotels.

I visited this hotel for a lunch along with my two friends . Right from the beginning till end we had a very seamless service experience which delighted us to the core . The staff was warm , friendly and efficient . The food served was delicious and authentic . I had Risotto which is one of the best I ever tasted . I will especially mention the cocktail made of passion fruit which was innovative , refreshing and beautifully presented . I will especially mention names of Derick who made us our cocktails and Chef Mourad the talented chef who prepared our food

Fantastic experience all across, definitely coming back

We stayed at the Clayton for our wedding last month and the team went out of their way to make it extra special for us - particularly the Reservations Manager Kate. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive. The location was great and the rooms were amazing (the balcony was a wonderful surprise that we won't ever forget). Thank you so much to you all - we'll definitely be returning!

A well located hotel for the city in a quieter side street, so pretty calm at night. Very comfortable beds. Not the biggest rooms, but okay. Bathroom well finished and equipped with a particularly good shower. Polite and helpful staff and a very good breakfast if you elect to go for it. Expensive, but it is central London I suppose.
