Great location
Pros:

Great location down a quiet street. The area felt very safe.
Our room was huge and had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with some complimentary water and biscuits. The bed was very big, and comfortable. The air con was good. The window opened, but there was a noisy building oppose, so we kept it closed.
The bathroom was large, with a separate bath and shower. A good sized ledge and cabinet for storage. The robes and slippers were a great extra.

Cons:

One of the lifts was out of order.
Breakfast wasn't good. My eggs and mushroom tasted of nothing and the beans were watery. The 'toast' was barely toasted. Looking back, I should have said something and put it back, as it was so poor.
The shower wasn't draining. We called reception and within 10 minutes someone was in our room to repair it. A great response, but a little inconvenient it happened.
I'd say the cleanliness let it down slightly. It was clean, but not very clean. There were marks on the pictures and mirror. Hairs on the sofa. There were two horrible looking stains on the carpet, which made me avoid that bit of the room

Easy and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great comfortable stay in central London! Easy access to the Elizabeth and Central lines. Room was as shown in pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful, the front desk always had an attendant. Our room included breakfast and it was above and beyond expectations--- a proper plated breakfast with many options, instead of a buffet. We loved it. Room was clean and comfortable, wifi was great. Would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic gem of a hotel, superb location for central London
Pros:

Beautifully clean & lovely bathroom with powerful shower. Room was a bit on the small side but it’s central London in fairness! Fantastic breakfast, super comfy bed, highly recommend

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable, modern & clean. Staff were excellent, room was very spacious, plenty of storage and facilities. Had a great nights sleep! Very close to local transport links into central London
