The room was very clean. Smelled nice and fresh. Stuff was polite and helpful.

Location-central and main attractions were easily accessible.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights and the stay was not terrible, but there were several issues that could have been handled much better.

The room and especially the balcony were not very clean; the balcony looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time.

Two days before arrival we were informed that our room would be in a different building. Although we were notified in advance, it was already too late to cancel free of charge, and this information is easy to miss when booking because it is not clearly stated in the main hotel description.

We arrived around 22:00 and were only shown some pictures and directions to the other building. Since it was late and we did not know the area, it would have been much better if a staff member had shown us the way. When I said I was not happy and that the process seemed unnecessarily complicated, the receptionist apologized but laughed, which made me feel that my concerns were not taken seriously.

It is also impractical that you check in in one building, stay in another, and then return to the main building for check-out.

Finally, the room door was already open when we arrived, so I checked the room first while my sister waited outside to make sure no one was inside.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but clearer communication, better guest assistance, and improved cleanliness would make a big difference.

Pros:

L'accès au centre ville et aux transports en commun. L'accueil était agréable.

Cons:

Une chambre Double supérieure car il y avait une baignoire SPA dans la salle de bain mais rien pour accrocher le pommeau de douche sans en mettre partout au sol à coté de la baignoire (il manque des éléments sur l'installation initiale)...
Un lit d'appoint pas confortable...
La possibilité de laisser nos valises avant m'enregistrement : dans le couloir de l'établissement....

Готель розташований неподалік від центру міста. Кімната була простора та чиста. Ліжка були зручні та чисті. Ванна кімната була чиста з великою ваною. Персонал на рецепції вічливий та приємний. Все сподобалось.
