2.10月10日入住，没有暖气！没有暖气！跟前台反应也没有用，他们完全没有备用计划，而我在当天的感冒还没有好，不能受冻。

Disappointing and would never return.
Pros:

Nothing as we didnt get to stay due to over n booking the hotel.

Cons:

Staff attitude when they had messed up booking. Not helpful and brushed us off at 6pm in the evening and left us with nowhere to stay.

Angeblich war unser zimmer von booking com storniert worden,was noch viel mehr gäste erzählten,manche wurden umgebucht,manche mussten ohne zimmer wieder gehen,manche wurden ignoriert,personal total überfordert,bis auf eine dame die fast alles alleine organisierte!

Die Zimmer waren gut. Das war aber auch alles.

Cons:

Absolut chaotischer Empfang. Total überfordertes Personal. Der Check-in mit ewigen Schlangen. Hotel überbucht. Die letzten Gäste haben um 01.00 Uhr nachts ihr Zimmer bekommen. Genau das gleiche Chaos beim Auschecken. Beim Frühstück das gleiche Drama. Das Personal war nur mit Kontrollen beschäftigt und mindestens die Hälfte der Gäste musste abermals zur Rezeption, um sich eine Bestätigung zu holen, dass sie das Frühstück mitgebucht hatten. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dazu kommt noch, dass dieses große Hotel nur über zwei Mini-Fahrstühle verfügt. Und diese werden zur Frühstückszeit auch noch durch das Reinigungspersonal blockiert. Ewige Schlangen und kein zugängliches Treppenhaus.

De ligging tov het Haubtbahnhof. Verder niet zo heel veel.

Cons:

Het begon al met het inchecken. Dit kon pas vanaf 14.00 uur, wat nergens vermeld was. Dus maar de stad in vanaf 12.00 uur. Om 14.00 uur werd ons verteld, dat het inchecken nog langer ging duren ivm een nieuw systeem. Er zaten 3 personen achter de balie, die niets anders deden dan staren op het scherm. Om 14.15 begon 1 medewerker in te checken met 2 gasten. Daar deed ze zeker 20 tot 25 minuten over, terwijl de anderen maar bleven staren naar hun scherm. Uiteindelijk konden wij inchecken, wat ook weer heel lang duurde, en konden we naar de kamer. Om daar te constateren, dat het een hele kleine kamer was, met een raampje en verder gordijn, om de schijn te wekken, dat er nog een raam zat. Met een uitzicht over platte daken met allemaal rotzooi er op. En de nummering naar de kamer klopte geen hout van. We werden met het goede kamernummer naar de verkeerde gang geleid. En maar zoeken! En het ontbijt was ook geen weelde.
Weinig keus, en niet erg aantrekkelijk opgesteld. Al met al geen tweede keer meer hier.
