Pros:

إقامة ممتعه وفيها تفاصيل تحتاج للشرح اولا الفندق في بنايه قديمه جدا ولكن مجدده ونظيفه جدا
تعرضنا لصدمة عند الدخول وخاصة عند رؤية المصعد الغريب القديم جدا ولكنه يعمل بكل كفائة ثم دخلنا الي لوبي صغير جدا في الطابق الثالث وايضا شعرت ببعض الغرابه لاني شخصيا لم اسكن في فندق قديم من قبل ولكن عند استقبالنا من ديفد الرائع بدأنا بالارتياح نوعا ما
بالنسبة للفندق متكامل من كل النواحي الغرف نظيفة جدا جدا ومتكامل تحتوي على كل شى حرفيا القاصة ومستلزمات الحمام وشطافة رائعه وادوات القهوه والشاي عندما اقول كل شئ اقصد ذلك
التكييف رائع جدا جدا حتى الممرات مكيفه غرفة الطعام صغيره ورومانسيه الفطور رائع والموظفات في قسم الفطور تحس انهم اهلك وليسوا فقط موظفات.
الموقع قريب من كل شي وخاصة السلالم الاسبانيه فقط خطوات والمقاهي والمطاعم الجميله وكل شي
باختصار انصح بهذا الفندق بشده

For a pleasant and comfortable stay in Rome
Pros:

Excellent little property, right by the Spanish Steps. Courteous and efficient staff at the reception and the breakfast. The room was well-furnished with an authentic charm. I would stay there again.

Everything. The location cannot be better. The staff very helpful. Breakfast outstanding especially their in house made yogurt

Not what I expected.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff that run the breakfast buffet is excellent and very accommodating.

Cons:

When I booked this room I was under the impression that there was going to be 2-3 beds. I booked a triple room. What we got was a room with a queens bed and a cot. I asked the gentleman at the desk to make arrangements for us to go to the airport. He said it would be 150 euro’s because we needed a van to take us to the airport. I never got a recite for this transaction as it needed to be paid in cash or he would not even book the transportation's. I was a little surprised that the van driver knew nothing of this transaction and wanted to charge me 70 euro’s for the ride. I explained that we already paid and were not allow to leave until he confirmed this with the Hotel.. So was the ride really 150 euro’s or was it 70 and who got the rest. Not sure. We were overcharged by several vendors that seem to make up their own prices as they go along. They have a very small reception area that gets very congested with the guest and new arrivals. No real place to store your luggage while you wait for a room.

Fantastic break in a well-located hotel
Pros:

The location of the property is excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were compact but adequate but would benefit from a full length mirror.

Hotel MANFREDI: LA EXCELENCIA La reserva la realizó mi hija María radicada en Méx. Soy MARIO PEROTTI
Pros:

Lo más importante es la atención personalizada que brindan los Empleados del Hotel, preocupados por la excelente estadía del huesped. Nos recibió el Gerente (Manager) del hotel (Sr, Francisco) y nos brindó junto a mi esposa todas las facilidades que disponía el hotel. La simpatía de las Sras. a cargo del desayuno y buffet nos impactó, como así también del asesoramiiento permanente del Personal de Conserjería David, Andrea y Daniela, El desayuno fue excelente y por supuesto, la ubicación a metros de Piazza Spagna lo convierten en uno de los mejores establecimientos hoteleros.
Agrego además que fui durante mucho tiempo Capitán de Aeronave Comercial Internacional (Boeing 757) y tengo experiencia en estadía de hoteles.

Cons:

No encontré falencias. Reitero que la reserva la efectuó mi hija MARIA radicada en México. Mi nombre es ALDO MARIO PEROTTI Y mi esposa SUSANA HERNANDO, ambos de ARGENTINA (Buenos Aires)

Fantastic stay in Rome
Pros:

The staff at Hotel Manfredi Suite is amazing. Each and every one of them is attentive and genuinely caring. This was my third stay there with my husband. We really feel like we are at home with family. Thank you Giovanni, Davide, the two Roberta’s, Andrea, Marco, Francesco, and everyone else I did not mention. You are all appreciated for your professionalism.
The cleanliness is top in every room, including hallways and dining spaces. The beds are comfortable with quality bedding. Quite sleeps facing the courtyard.
Location was great. Easy walking distance to all locations and on the prettiest street in Rome.
Will surely be returning next visit to Rome.
