La struttura è un normale 3 stelle e come tale dovrebbe mantenere i prezzi. Pagare una tre stelle 570€ è assolutamente folle, perché per quella cifra ci si aspetta servizi diversi di tutti i tipi! Non è possibile alzare i prezzi oltre una certa soglia senza avere adeguati servizi.
David, Front Desk clerk, was so friendly and helpful. Also, staff in the breakfast room were attentive and a pleasure to interact act with (my lousy Italian and their good English got us by!). The facility itself was like a small, well packaged gift to ourselves on our first hotel stay in Italy. The quirky elevator and spiral steps set a great first impression and the hotel certainly delivered on that thru out our 3 night stay.
When light was on in the bathroom, it lit the entire bedroom space thru it's glass sliding door. Hard to sleep if one was still in bed and the other occupant was using the bathroom.
Perfect location, 2 mins walk from the Spanish steps. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

1st - ELEVATOR (IYKYK) - not common all places in Europe - otherwise: greeted by VERY HELPFUL staff - attentive, happy, patient, and made great suggestions for covering a lot of territory for 24hrs in Rome - also, their restaurant recommendations were spot on for what we were asking/wanting...room was large and clean and the breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT with many selections, which was the primary reason we ultimately chose this location as a good breakfast experience begins your whole day (and we require real protein and not just croissants!) and then you don't have to spend time and money looking for and purchasing breakfast out and about - you can just start your adventures. Lovely little street close to but out of the way of heavy foot traffic - near cute alleyway restaurants - our fav was Da Edy nearby - family run - small - yummy...would definitely stay here again!
nothing we didn't like - there may be other rooms with better views but this was not important to us as we are adventuring out and about all day and mostly wanting comfort for sleeping at night and bathroom/getting ready/breakfast in the morning :)
