Posizione strategica a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Mestre. Personale veramente gentile. Siamo arrivati ci ha spiegato come raggiungere Venezia e ci ha fatto la tessera per non pagare l'entrata a Venezia. C'è stato un problema con l'acqua calda e ha deciso di toglierci il pagamento del parcheggio. Soggiorno perfetto
Location is great to reach Venice island by train or by bus(easier). There is a close by supermarket.
The lady who serves the breakfast was helpful and kind.
There is a really nice cafe close by called Coffee Break which is cheaper and way better than the hotel's breakfast with lots of options if you are looking for a protein-rich healthy breakfast.
Employee at the reception didn't give a heads up that breakfast needs registration before reception shift ends; I learned it after shift ends.
The room was on the ground floor but felt like underground looking at the backyard which I didn't even open the window, full blacked out room then which is good for your circadian rythm.
The bed was so uncomfortable; instead of recovering I just woke up with sore back, shoulders and neck. Double bed is like 140cm. The middle of bed was sagged as well.
Bathroom drain was half-clogged.
Breakfast was mentioned quite good in the comments but my experience was opposite. I regret paying extra 9 euros per person instead of going to close by cafe which we had our first day breakfast in. Cutlery didn't really look hygienic and I was expecting an omelet which I couldn't find. (Hey, that lady who serves the breakfast is the warmest person in that hotel).

Reservei um quarto com ar condicionado e o funcionario disse q simplesmnete nao ligam ar em maio!! Porem a recepcao estava bem climatizada e o quarto um forno!!!! Nao tem nem como abrir a janela pois o quarto fica no terreo e a janela da pra rua!! Ele me arrumou um ventilador que amenizou um pouco! Mas eu paguei um quarto com ar e nao pude usar o ar!!!
La literie très confortable. Propreté dans les chambres et l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.
Le bruit de la porte d'entrée menant aux chambres, bruyant et comme la porte était collée au mur de notre chambre, à chaque fois que quelqu'un la fermait (fort souvent), la tête de lit bougeait et raisonnait fort. Manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres. L'encadrement des fenêtres extérieures étant allumé toute la nuit par des leds, ça éclairait la pièce même avec les rideaux occultants.
Le personnel parle très peu le français sauf une personne ce qui réduit les dialogues. Les documents sont rédigés uniquement en anglais et Italien bien sur, mais pas français.

The hotel was in a good location, very easy to reach the Mestre train station - only 5 minutes. This takes you straight into Venice.
The room was very small. The room looked clean at first glance, but when you started moving the curtains and looking around in more detail, you could see it required a deep clean.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Mestre train station. The staff provided excellent service and valuable recommendations for exploring Venice. Additionally, parking facilities were readily available. Decent breakfast.
The accommodation provided was not situated within the hotel premises but in an adjacent location. While the room presented a satisfactory appearance, it appeared to have been converted from a ground-floor commercial space. Consequently, external noise from passersby, conversations outside, and even discussions in neighboring rooms were distinctly audible, which significantly impacted the ability to rest.
Ótima localização, o ônibus para Veneza passa muito perto. Bem próximo da estação de trem, estava com uma mala de rodinhas grande e pesada e foi tranquilo de transportar até o hotel
O meu quarto ficava ao lado da recepção e refeitório. A partir das 7h da manhã, você escuta todo o barulho dentro do quarto. Os pratos se batendo, as pessoas conversando durante o café da manhã, a recepção. Perguntei à recepcionista se poderia ficar em outro quarto, porém os únicos 2 quartos individuais ficavam ali embaixo. Caso você queira dormir mais que isso, aconselho pegar outro quarto.

Buena limpieza, nos dejaron guardar las mochilas muy temprano, buen desayuno y muy ordenado. Todos fueron muy amables
Las almohadas eran muy delgadas y blandas pero nada que no se pudiera arreglar doblandola 🤣
