Pros:

Saw a maintenance man named Pedro and I told him about the air conditioner in the room he came right away and saw to it that we were moved to a different room.

Cons:

In the first room the air conditioner didn't work. And the front desk person is not very friendly

Beautiful facility, but rude staff. I won;t be back.

Room was spacious and very nicely appointed. Clean bathroom, Nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was good in restaurant and nice waitress. I received handicapped parking near entrance. Complimentary newspaper.

Cons:

Checkin desk clerk was very rude to me. Tried to make me pay for breakfast that was included in my reservation. She finally took a look after I implored her several times to take a look. She never apologized. Later I went to front desk to ask for assistance with my luggage as I am handicapped. She was chit-chatting with another guest and not really assisting her with anything while I stood there ignored. This went on I know for over 10 minutes as I checked my time on my phone as I had a meeting I had to get to. The guest finally left and she curtly asked what did I want. She did get someone, he was very nice and courteous. Later that evening I went to the hotel restaurant which wasn't busy. I stood waiting for a table. Again ignored. So I went and sat at the bar which had only one customer. Again I was ignored ...no acknowledgement, not offered a menu. There was one couple at a table and left after finishing their meal, Waitress went and started cleaning table still ignoring me. After about 15 minutes I left, hungry and thirsty. Would have liked a margarita. I went back to my room and ordered Door Dash which arrived within 20 minutes.

Dated and bad Internet. Not up to par.
Pros:

Hotel is dated. Internet was very bad. I had to tether my phone to get my email to set up. Desk chair was broken. Internet cable was broken. Otherwise clean but needs a refresh. Not up to par with others in this brand.

Pros:

The staff was accommodating and treated my mother so well. We enjoy the restaurant and the pool was beautiful!

Cons:

The restaurant doesn't serve dinner until 5pm. We had a long day and would have enjoyed something to eat rather than snacks.

The room was fine. Its a pretty hotel.

Cons:

The bar on a Saturday does not open until 5. You can take your own alcoholic beverages to sit out at the pool. We picked this hotel because it had a pool hot tub seating and a bar so we could enjoy the hotel for the day before we went to our obligations that evening. Instead we left and spent the day at another establishment
