It was very clean and very quiet

Cons:

I thought it was a little more expensive. I've stayed at other Hamptons and they were the same price but the breakfast was better at other locations. Also I would like it if they tell you to start with what floor you're going to be on. I was put on the 4th floor at the end of the hallway. I have problems with walking although I don't use a cane.

Great annual trip to Birmingham/ Leeds.
Pros:

We love this hotel. This was our second year staying here for our annual trip to Birmingham. The staff is always so nice and it's always clean.

Cons:

The only downfall was that one of the elevators was broken. I know that type of stuff happens, but it was inconvenient especially with a motorcycle race in town and so many people coming in and out of the hotel in the mornings and evenings. We used the stairs more than the elevator because it was faster.

Pros:

Close proximity to Barber Motorsport Complex, which we visited the next day. Solid breakfast although there were no biscuits for the gravy when I ate.

Cons:

Check-in was slow since we had a large group and only one staff member. I tried checking in with all but told me to go to front desk.

Pros:

I love the fact that this hotel is right across the road from Bucees and Bass Pro. This hotel is CLEAN!

Great place to stay while visiting the Barber Museum and Birmingham
Pros:

Great location for visiting the Barber museum, quiet area with a couple of casual restaurants handy. Nice to have breakfast included!

Cons:

Small point, even with earplugs the air conditioning (necessary for our stay) was noisy as it turned itself in and off.
