Great hotel.
Pros:

It was a great location. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The guy at the front desk when we checked in had no personality. He didn’t say welcome or smile. He was getting keys ready for another group and didn’t even look up at us until he was done. Then he asked if we were checking in. Started to check us in, then another group came in, he stopped and gave that group the keys then continued checking us in. He told us when breakfast was put our keys on the desk, then turned away.

The front desk was very friendly upon arrival and check out. The hotel was clean and parking was adequate.

Cons:

I left a valuable item in the room by mistake and it would of had NO value at all to anyone else and the hotel staff OR management tried to locate the item other than to look in lost and found. One employee told me to call the next morning to talk to housekeeping..the next morning I was told by Daniel they did not speak English and he could do nothing about it other than to look in lost and found. I ask THREE TIMES ON THREE DIFFERENT calls to speak to the manager and or owner-I was told they'd return my call bc they could not give contact information to me. I still have not gotten ANY contact from any of them. So,make sure you have everything before you leave that room bc they will not be in a hurry to find it for you or even speak to you about it.

It was good not sure if we’d stay at this location again.
Pros:

We really like the location & ability to check in online.

Cons:

There was a strong smell in the room. Also, not enough wash cloths for 3 people. I asked for more & they suggested I come to the front desk. Haven’t ever had a hotel ask me to come get extra wash cloths or something they supply. We did without. Also, ran out of body gel.
