Pros:

kitchen, bathroom, roomy space, airport shuttle service at T1, T3.
Wahing machine and dryer for CAD3.25 for each.
You can bring breakfast to the room.

Cons:

the suite is a little dark, not sufficient brightness of light. Noises from the road. When I enter the unit, air smell is not good and open window airation is not possible.
During my stay, there was a fire alarm with light flashing and siren at 6 am early morning, it continued for 30 mins, I woke up suddenly and ran out to the outside with my son. Firefighters came.
But it was not real fire. I went to back to my room didn't know why alarm.
It disturbed my sleep rhythm, I couldn't fall in slep again. Caused lack of sleep and dizziness all day long.
After that, the hotel didn't notify about the alarm accident and no appologies or no compensations to the guest

Pros:

Empathy was displayed. I was given an early check in. Tired from a long flight with 2 kids. I requested for early check in which was granted. I had free pick up from the Airport and free drop off. Food was nice and accommodation was superb. Thanks
