Pros:

Airport shuttle was excellent. Arrival and departure touch points with the reception team were very good, Smile, engaged and hospitable, well done!!

Cons:

Breakfast is a general "bunfight", (no control of the buffet or seating area) Hours of operation for breakfast need review finishing at 09:00 Monday to Friday unacceptable. Your an Airport Hotel you have guests in and out 24 hours a day, make it fair!! To this point, I met two guests in the lift after I had finished my breakfast (09:12) their arms were full with food items they had rescued from the buffet, one man said to me it was for his family they were still sleeping and they didn't expect breakfast to finish at 09:00
Housekeeping issues with the kitchenette items left in the dishwasher were not clean and one piece of cutlery was rusty indicating to me it hand been there for a while. The toaster was full of crumbs at the base, indicating it had not been cleaned recently. The kitchenette waste(rubbish) is not set for use, the bag has been hanged over the side of the bin, so you need to open the bag in order to use.

Pros:

The mattress and proximity to restaurants. The fact that it was a suite also

Cons:

-The smell of people cooking with curry on the rooms floors.
-Wide angle pictures makke it look bigger than what it is. Perfect for 4 people maximum.

The room was clean, although the couch and chairs could use an update. Good location for the price paid. The reviews I read about Breakfast turned out not to be very realistic from my side, the food is good but not a lot options. Would recommend

Nothing never even made it to the hotel. They had there shuttle driver take us to another hotel because they had bedbugs.

Proximity to airport and the free shuttle bus is a huge huge plus ..this takes one to the trains and thereby access the downtown ..will stay here again
