The staff at front desk and the persons who clean and also The black man that cleans he is nice and helpful please give them a bonus are raise of pay they do there job well please

Proximity to airport and the free shuttle bus is a huge huge plus ..this takes one to the trains and thereby access the downtown ..will stay here again

Cons:

Some tech glitch as breakfast area was getting renovated but sweet folks .

Kelvin the shuttle driver was super helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Proximity to airport and comfort of the suites.

Cons:

Because of maintenance the breakfast offering was in a small cramped space. Although I realise it must be difficult for the hotel to manage this through renovations, it was absolute chaos at breakfast with no guidance or staff support. Really spoiled the experience, unfortunately.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel. Son emplacement près de l'aéroport est idéal. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, d'un agréable espace café et propose un bon petit-déjeuner. L'atmosphère y est confortable, le personnel accueillant et mon séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Huone olisi voinut olla valoisampi, samoin tyynyt laadukkaampia. Aamiaisella olisi voinut olla leikkeleitä, juustoa sekä vihanneksia.

Vuodesohva oli epämukava nukkua, mutta sohvalla oli kuitenkin hyvä istua.

Coffee stations with liquid coffeemate even! The breakfast is lovely! Kind staff

Cons:

Garbage cans in the rooms- there's only one small garbage can in a suite and when travelling with a young family I wish there was a few garbage cans as we created garbage using the fridge and microwave.

I had a really great stay at this hotel . The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and everything felt clean and well maintained from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto.
