Pros:

Great room size for the 6 of us, bed is very comfortable, very clean, kitchenette with refrigerator is great for people who wants to cook for their own food.
Aircon is quiet and working well. TV is massive

Pulizia e stanze nella media

Cons:

Hotel nella fascia medio-bassa visto il costo (ed il nome) mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.
Stanze e bagno un po' datati.
Cucinino un po' anni '80...nulla di drammatico intendiamoci, per una notte va più che bene.

Bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Belle suite bien équipée, petite cuisine fonctionnelle, bon petit déjeuné.

Cons:

Un peu de temps perdu avec les navettes de l'hôtel pour rejoindre l'aéroport et le centre ville via le Up express. 30mins de Train seulement et 15 minutes de navette , mais on a attendu 1h la navette au retour. Difficile de se comprendre avec la jeune personne de l'accueil au téléphone. Je n'ai pas un très bon anglais et l'aéroport était bruyant, mais d'habitude je me débrouille. Quand on demande à répéter, il serait avisé de réduire la cadence et de se forcer à prononcer tous les syllabes... L'autre hôtesse que j'ai eu lors du check in et du check out, pas de soucis, nickel.

Pros:

had an excellent stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

The suite was exceptional—spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in was quick and easy, making the arrival process completely stress-free.

The airport shuttle was a huge convenience, and Abdullah, the shuttle driver, was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and made the ride enjoyable.

The front desk receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting a great first impression. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. The staff working during breakfast were all very polite and hardworking, especially Mark, who went above and beyond to ensure guests had a great experience.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Toronto.
