Friendly staff. Everything as expected. Family friendly. Restaurants open during Easter holidays! Great location with beautiful parks within walking distance. A well maintained pool great for families.

Great hotel in a handy location. Comfortable rooms with lots of space and a nice view.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Great selection. Location was close to parks and a short walk to the tram to town.

Cons:

The only suggestion we have is to have the pool heated to a comfortable swimming temperature. With all the sun Adelaide gets maybe some solar heating for it would make it more usable as it was really cold in April yet the air temperature was very warm.

Lovely place to stay, and great options for drinks and nibbles in the evening.
Pros:

Location is not right in city centre, but was nice to stay around a quiter area.

Cons:

Would have been nice to experiene relaxing outside, odd there are no chairs or tables around the balcony area.

Booked as a relaxing Mother’s Day escape, but sadly the noise all night meant no sleep and completely defeated the purpo

Cons:

Extremely noisy overnight—constant footsteps and banging from above, plus loud guests in the hallway at 3am; poor response from staff despite known issue.

Cons:

Scungy approach - having to meet special requirements of notification to get your room cleaned on a public holiday + especially the breakfast where everything ran out every 5 minutes (and watered down juice.)
