Modern hotel, clean and comfy
Pros:

Pros:

The property has had a nice renovation — however, I had a pretty terrible experience.

Cons:

On arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation and said the Booking.com was terrible & they always had this problem. I ordered some food, it took more than an hour to deliver a salad that cost $50. I noticed after that massive moths all over the celing of my room. I called reception / other numbers multiple times but no one answered. I slept briefly before moving to a POOL LOUNGE to sleep once the sun came up. I returned to my room to shower and had housekeeping knocking at my door at 8am, not to see if I needed anything, but to ask me if I was leaving soon to checkout? (It was 8am!) .. this is not a 4 1/2 star property.

Pros:

Food was excellent and value for money - both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

There is small step entering the bathroom which I stubbed my toe on which caused a minor injury. Does not detract from from this review.
