Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sheraton. Tout était parfait : le confort, le service et surtout la gentillesse de toute l'équipe, toujours souriante et attentionnée.
Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement tout particulier à l'équipe de l'hôtel pour la magnifique surprise qu'elle a organisée pour mon père. Ancien policier, aujourd'hui à la retraite, il célébrait la Journée traditionnelle de la Police populaire vietnamienne . Bien que ce type d'attention ne fasse pas partie des services habituels de l'hôtel, l'équipe a pris l'initiative de lui préparer une surprise. Ce geste d'une grande délicatesse nous a profondément touchés.
Mon père était extrêmement heureux et très ému. C'est une attention qu'il n'oubliera jamais, tout comme nous.
Un immense merci à toute l'équipe du Sheraton pour son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance et sa générosité. Vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial et créé un souvenir inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Our stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang was absolutely exceptional, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

We were fortunate enough to stay in Room 2409 with Club Lounge access, and the room itself was beautiful. It was spacious, comfortable, immaculately presented, and offered stunning views that made our stay even more memorable.

The Club Lounge was simply outstanding., The food, the atmosphere and the service were all exceptional, but the real highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the incredible staff. kathryn, Narrin, Wendy and Cecilia from the Club Lounge, along with Lily from Feast Restaurant, provided the most wonderful service. Their warmth, kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made us feel truly special every single day. They are an absolute credit to the hotel, and I sincerely hope management recognises the outstanding work they do.

We also met a new chef working in the lounge whose name, unfortunately, I didn’t catch. His dinner service last night was the best I have ever experienced in a club lounge. The quality of the food was extraordinary, and every dish was beautifully prepared.

Breakfast at Feast was absolutely amazing, with an incredible selection of food and impeccable service. We also spent time at Altitude Rooftop Bar, where the manager was fantastic. Once again, I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but his hospitality certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but what truly sets the Sheraton Nha Trang apart is its people. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely passionate about making guests feel welcome.

We have had the most amazing stay, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton for creating memories that we will cherish for a very long time.

직원들이 정말 친절하고 오래된 호텔이라고해서 시설 안좋을줄알았는데 매우 깨끗. 엄마랑 너무 즐거운 시간보내고왔어요.

The staff at the club lounge were wonderful and I skipped the breakfast at the 1st floor and had breakfast and happy hour dinner at the lounge.

The hotel is in a very good location, with malls & coffee shop within walking distance.
We booked a deluxe ocean view room, the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room (Thank U).
Breakfast is almost always crowded but manageable with good varieties.

Give late check out due to to the shower

I liked everything. I was impressed with the interior and the staff. We had the club lounge which was really good value.
The hotel helped us with transport to Qui Nhon. A 16 seater. The driver was attentive and carefull. He didn’t speak any English but Google Translate helped. The price was reasonable.

I've never been so happy to return to a hotel that I've stayed at before. The welcome my family received was out of this world. From the personal greeting from Tran Ngoc Anh Thu (Jane), the flowers, a photo of our family with Jane after checking in, the in-room welcome gift, the upgrade to a massive suite, and the incredible hospitality from the entire Sheraton Nha Trang team really brought tears to my eyes.

I was taken to the lounge for check-in due to my Marriot Platinum status. Thank you Jenny for taking us to the lounge. It was great to see familiar faces in the lounge of course. Thank you to Kathy, Mike, Celia, and Jolie for a great lounge experience. I think the breakfast in the lounge is of higher quality than that of the main restaurant, but there is more variety at Feast. The food during cocktail hour is also amazing.

I booked the Sheraton Side by Side package directly on Marriot's website. This allowed my family to enjoy the seafood buffet at Feast for dinner. You can also choose a course menu at the Chinese restaurant if you prefer. My family had the seafood buffet both nights. We ate a lot of crabs and shrimp - the chefs will prepare them hot for you with your desired sauce. There were plenty of non-seafood options as well. The desserts were amazing. Thank you to Katherine, Gerry, Narin, and Lily for great dining experiences at Feast for dinner and for breakfast.

My kids of course loved the pool and the kids club and the special activities for kids. Thank you Thuy Tran! One thing great about the pool, there's no direct sun in the morning due to the hotel, so my family could swim without having to worry about getting sunburned.

I would love to return to Nha Trang just to stay at the Sheraton again.
