The staff at the club lounge were wonderful and I skipped the breakfast at the 1st floor and had breakfast and happy hour dinner at the lounge.

В номере не сильно чисто, 3/5, могли бы поменять ковры и столы,диваны не совсем чистые.+ в ванной не текла вода, но исправили очень быстро,спасибо
Еще на ресепшене мне сказали,что спа бесплатно и входит в стоимость за проживание, я удивилась и переспросила они сказали да,бесплатно, только ужин платный. В итоге я пошла на спа и после с меня потребовали деньги, я позвонила ресепшену они сказали «тебе сделали массаж теперь плати,ничего не знаем» просто поставили перед фактом, было очень неприятно, меня обманули. Все еще остался неприятный осадок, поэтому я ушла на 1 день раньше. Если не знают английский, могли бы использовать переводчик , или они специально так делают🤷🏻♀️
The hotel is in a very good location, with malls & coffee shop within walking distance.
We booked a deluxe ocean view room, the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room (Thank U).
Breakfast is almost always crowded but manageable with good varieties.

Очень специфический персонал. Стараются - но не вывозят загруженность. На пляже всего 18-20 лежаков. Приходится ходить на платный пляж. На лежаки отеле ВСЕГДА очередь. Для сетевого отеля это прям минус. Лифты тормозят, хотя их четыре. На завтраках - кофе можно и по 30 минут ждать.
Все было отлично. Очень хороший и отзывчивый персонал. Отличное расположение. Хороший шведский стол.
Не смотря на что жили на 19 этаже, но по ночам было сильно слышно караоке.

I liked everything. I was impressed with the interior and the staff. We had the club lounge which was really good value.
The hotel helped us with transport to Qui Nhon. A 16 seater. The driver was attentive and carefull. He didn’t speak any English but Google Translate helped. The price was reasonable.
One of the beds in the room was worn. I mentioned it when we moved out.
I've never been so happy to return to a hotel that I've stayed at before. The welcome my family received was out of this world. From the personal greeting from Tran Ngoc Anh Thu (Jane), the flowers, a photo of our family with Jane after checking in, the in-room welcome gift, the upgrade to a massive suite, and the incredible hospitality from the entire Sheraton Nha Trang team really brought tears to my eyes.
I was taken to the lounge for check-in due to my Marriot Platinum status. Thank you Jenny for taking us to the lounge. It was great to see familiar faces in the lounge of course. Thank you to Kathy, Mike, Celia, and Jolie for a great lounge experience. I think the breakfast in the lounge is of higher quality than that of the main restaurant, but there is more variety at Feast. The food during cocktail hour is also amazing.
I booked the Sheraton Side by Side package directly on Marriot's website. This allowed my family to enjoy the seafood buffet at Feast for dinner. You can also choose a course menu at the Chinese restaurant if you prefer. My family had the seafood buffet both nights. We ate a lot of crabs and shrimp - the chefs will prepare them hot for you with your desired sauce. There were plenty of non-seafood options as well. The desserts were amazing. Thank you to Katherine, Gerry, Narin, and Lily for great dining experiences at Feast for dinner and for breakfast.
My kids of course loved the pool and the kids club and the special activities for kids. Thank you Thuy Tran! One thing great about the pool, there's no direct sun in the morning due to the hotel, so my family could swim without having to worry about getting sunburned.
I would love to return to Nha Trang just to stay at the Sheraton again.

Resort molto bello, camere pulite, ottimi servizi. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal nostro arrivo. La piscina e le aree comuni sono ben tenute e l'atmosfera è rilassante. Ottima anche la colazione, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza. Consigliatissimo!
Gli aspetti che mi sono piaciuti meno sono stati la presenza della moquette in camera, che personalmente non trovo igienica e preferirei fosse sostituita con un pavimento più pratico. Inoltre, nel bagno senza finestra mancava una ventola di aspirazione, rendendo l'ambiente poco arieggiato e umido.
Best server is Hanni. She is delightful, friendly, happy, funny, and supper helpful. Great food, great view, great atmosphere
