Guest Reviews
We are a couple who stayed here for 4 nights in June. We stayed in a king bed room with an ocean view and Club Lounge access.
We throughly enjoyed it. Our spacious room (41 sqm) was on the 23rd floor, with an impressive view (from both the bedroom and bathroom) over the beach and ocean. The bathroom was large and very well designed to make good use of space, with a large toilet area, two wash basins, a shower, and a separate, large bath set beside the external floor-to-wall window and a small balcony. The bedroom has a balcony, a king bed, a sofa, a bench for one’s laptop and papers, and a kitchenette. Off the bedroom is a walk-in wardrobe, a raised space for a case, a safe, an iron and medium size ironing board.
The Club lounge is very nice: very helpful staff, a nice buffet dinner (though its wines and beer are sub-par for a 5-star hotel) from 5-7pm, and a lounge, nibbles and soft drinks available all day.
The hotel is directly opposite the beach, and centrally located in the city. It also has a first rate infinity swimming pool on the 6th floor: the pool is rectangular, 30m long, excellent for doing laps while others dabble.
The hotel is modern, smart, comfortable, with a good vibe. We had a great time, and would recommend it to others.

все понравилось, только шкафы не удобные, полок нет. для семье сложно разместиться с чемоданами и вещами. в других гостиницах Вьетнами тоже самое

Absolutely amazing staff who were so personable and really went the extra effort to ensure you enjoyed your stay. The resturant staff were absolutely amazing and made us a fruit platter and bahn mi for bus journey to dalat 11/10
Coming from Australia where the seafood is probably the best in the world i found the seafood part of buffet pretty awful , the rest of buffet was absolutely amazing

Прекрасный отель, отношение персонала к гостям на высоте. Отдельно хочется отметить наличие русскоговорящего персонала. Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Прекрасный завтрак, отдельно хочется похвалить уголок местной кухни. Опция доступа к ланудж зоне на 25 этаже полностью оправдала себя. Были там и на завтраке, и на вечерних коктейлях. Были приятно удивлены наличием стола для настольного тенниса в зоне бассейна, играли там каждый день.
Отель расположен очень удобно: пляж рядом, торговые центры тоже рядом, до центральной площади города рукой подать. В тоже время на пляже никогда не было много людей, а по вечерам было достаточно тихо.
В здании отеля на первом этаже находится ресторан-пиццерия. Это был ресторан с самой вкусной кухней и самым высоким уровнем обслуживания, туда хотелось приходить снова и снова.
Маловато лежаков на пляже (их всего 9 пар), однако персонал в зоне отеля на пляже старается максимально сгладить этот недостаток, внимательно следит за уходящими гостями и выдерживает порядок очереди на лежаки. Тем не менее, придя в 09:30 на пляж, свою очередь можно ждать от 20 минут до 2 часов.
Вай-фай в номере работает нестабильно, часто приходилось подключаться заново, скорость невысокая. При этом в лаундж зоне проблем с вай-фай не было.
Ракетки и сетка для настольного тенниса очень изношенные, для комфортной игры хорошо бы было их заменить. То же самое можно сказать и про аэрохоккей, который расположен рядом, стол старый и не продувается должным образом, играть практически невозможно.
The breakfast buffet was fire, bed and room comfy with an amazing view even from the shower. Private beach was great, location was perfect
The altitude bar staff were rude and drinks were overly expensive..some breakfast staff were rude and felt unapproachable
