Персонал отзывчивый и приятный, шведский стол прекрасный. Номера свежие, очень продуманные и приятные. Хотим вернуться.

We stayed at the Sheraton Nha Trang for 8 nights and had the most incredible experience. We had the club lounge access that provided excellent food and drinks (including cocktails) between 5pm and 7pm each day, which had amazing views of the sea which was matched by the fantastic hospitality of the staff. Special mention goes to Van, Thao, Chau and Trang and the whole team in the club lounge who made sure our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and always with a smile. This elevated our experience at the Sheraton to something a bit more special than usual, from the personalised check in through to the relaxing atmosphere and the food and drinks which were of a very high quality.

The hotel itself is stunning. We managed to stay in the executive suite on the 19th floor which had a separate living room, huge balcony and stunning views of the sea and beach. The huge bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bathtub with views of the beach weren't too bad either. We enjoyed the gigantic sized bed which could sleep a small family and the two, 70inch TV's on the walls with Netflix, which was a bonus. The sea and beach views from the balcony were stunning as were the ocean views from bedroom window.

We made full use of the fantastic gym and fitness facilities which had a wide range of equipment, which overlooked views of the sea, it makes exercising so much more relaxing and enjoyable to work out in this environment. There is also a separate steam room, sauna and jacuzzi for men and women, all maintained to a very high standard.
The infinity swimming pool, located on the 6th floor had stunning views of the sea. A point to note for sunbathers, the pool will only get the sun from early morning till lunchtime. After this the pool area will be in the shade and the pool water will be slightly cooler. We didn't mind this as we appreciated the shade with temperatures of 35 degrees C outside. Like the rest of the hotel, the staff in this area were very friendly and polite and were always helpful.

The long stretch of sandy beach (across the road from the hotel) had beautiful views of the surrounding islands. As there were only a limited number of beach umbrellas and sunbeds privately owned by the hotel, it's best to go down to the beach early to avoid the disappointment of not getting a space. There are members of the hotel team looking after this area so it's very safe.

The breakfast buffet is always an important aspect of our stay and The Sheraton did not disappoint. The variety of food was extensive with many Vietnamese dishes cooked authentically to a very high standard. There was also a wide choice of other international cusines including a vegetarian section. The range of fruits, deserts and drinks available was very impressive as well as being able to order off an al a carte menu of egg dishes made to order from the waiting staff. Special mention goes to the pastry chef Ngoc Thiep who provided us with the most amazing service, making perfectly made French toast and introducing us some exquisite local deserts which were freshly made. Her professional, friendly and personal service deserves recognition for making our time at the breakfast buffet an enjoyable experience, one that we look forward to when we next visit. Thanks also to Gerry and his team for their consistently excellent and efficient service.

Overall, this hotel is in the perfect location to experience the hustle and hustle of Nha Trang, being over the road from the beautiful sandy beaches and central to the shops and amenities the area has to offer.
The Sheraton Nha Trang offered a truely 5-star hotel experience with an extremely high level of customer service from all of the genuinely friendly and polite staff. We didn't encounter any negative issues during our stay and any issues we did have were quickly resolved. We have experienced staying in many hotel over the years and I can honestly say, this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. We will definitely be returning when we next visit Nha Trang.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Feast Buffet Dinner at Sheraton Nha Trang. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh seafood, international dishes, and desserts. Every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor.

What impressed me the most was the exceptional service provided by Hanni. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about every guest’s experience. Hanni always checked on us with a warm smile, anticipated our needs, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout the evening. Her dedication to customer service and ability to make guests feel happy and comfortable turned a great dinner into a memorable experience.

Thank you, Hanni, and the Feast team for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this buffet to anyone visiting Nha Trang and looking for excellent food combined with truly heartfelt service.

We are a couple who stayed here for 4 nights in June. We stayed in a king bed room with an ocean view and Club Lounge access.

We throughly enjoyed it. Our spacious room (41 sqm) was on the 23rd floor, with an impressive view (from both the bedroom and bathroom) over the beach and ocean. The bathroom was large and very well designed to make good use of space, with a large toilet area, two wash basins, a shower, and a separate, large bath set beside the external floor-to-wall window and a small balcony. The bedroom has a balcony, a king bed, a sofa, a bench for one’s laptop and papers, and a kitchenette. Off the bedroom is a walk-in wardrobe, a raised space for a case, a safe, an iron and medium size ironing board.

The Club lounge is very nice: very helpful staff, a nice buffet dinner (though its wines and beer are sub-par for a 5-star hotel) from 5-7pm, and a lounge, nibbles and soft drinks available all day.

The hotel is directly opposite the beach, and centrally located in the city. It also has a first rate infinity swimming pool on the 6th floor: the pool is rectangular, 30m long, excellent for doing laps while others dabble.

The hotel is modern, smart, comfortable, with a good vibe. We had a great time, and would recommend it to others.
