Centraal hotel met gastvrij personeel
Pros:

De locatie was top, zeer centraal. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed verzorgd. Het personeel was gastvrij en erg vriendelijk. Kamer was ruim. Vooral de badkamer en toilet, deze waren apart van elkaar. Er was een heel fijn bed.

Cons:

De airconditioning was kapot en het was erg heet toen wij in Parijs waren. We kregen meteen een 2e ventilator aangeboden. Helaas kon de monteur niet komen in het weekend en het hotel was volgeboekt. Personeel was zeer begripvol. We hebben een korting gekregen.

När vi inte hade ac var det alldeles för varmt men efter bytet av rum var det bra.
Pros:

Bra läge, trevlig och hjälpsam personal

Cons:

Ingen ac första natten men sen fick vi ett annat rum som hade ac.

Pros:

I can honestly say I got my money's worth. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. It's incredibly centrally located, at the intersection of many metro lines, safe, and you can reach most places on foot. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Ottima posizione e personale gentilissimo.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore durante la notte e subito si sono adoperati per risolvere il problema.
La ragazza che gestisce la colazione è super, sempre sorridente e gentile pronta ad accogliere tutte le richieste

Cannot beat the location
Pros:

The hotel is very well situated. It is right next to the Sebastopol-St Denis metro station, and within 20-30 minutes walk of many tourist sites (e.g: The Louvre, Notre-Dame). It is also within walking distance of many restaurants and terraces.

The hotel itself is very serviceable. We were in a prestige room (Room 100), which was very spacious (including a very large bed) and kept clean. It did have low ceilings, which would maybe be an issue for a very tall person.

There are a few signs of wear in the hotel, but they obviously do try to keep it up. The front desk staff were always friendly and willing to answer questions.

Given the location and the quality, we would absolutely stay here again when in Paris.

A fantastic location for a vacation in Paris
Pros:

The property is very well situated. It is close to a metro station and within 20-30 minutes walk of many tourist attractions (e.g: The Louvre, Notre Dame).

The hotel bills itself as four-star, which may be a stretch. It is certainly three-star. If you are looking for a lot of frills, this is not the place. But it is relatively clean and well maintained with helpful staff.

Pulizia, disorganizzazione colazione scarsa mancanza acqua calda ( un giorno forse dovuta a capacità insufficiente quando l hotel è pieno) personale insufficiente e forse poco qualificato non sempre pronto a soddisfare plausibili richieste del cliente

Cons:

Das Hotel ist mit 4 Sternen. Da tauscht man sich aber massiv: mit fast 300 Eur pro Nacht bekam man ein Zimmer fast so dunkel als ob ohne Fenster, von Sauberkeit hat man eine andere Vorstellung. Das Frühstück war einfach nicht gut. Es war einfach nicht gut organisiert. Der eintzige Vorteil war der gute Lage. Werde ich nicht empfehlen. Sorry.
