The staff made an uncomfortable situation amazing because they were so supportive

The staff. The staff wAs amazing and so supportive during my stay. The property was in a great location if your looking for that NYC
Feeling. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The property did not match the photo. The balcony was disgusting be down and broken. The furniture was nasty. Stay there was no air-conditioning, which made the first three nights really challenging.

Central & clean but smallish room.
Pros:

Central location, helpful stuff, clean room and comfortable bed. 24 hour reception was useful for us. Shower was ok. Didn't try the breakfast.

Cons:

The last floor (floor 7) of our room was not served by the elevator, we had to carry the bags up through the last level. Rather small room, probably normal for Paris. But the only window is in the corner so makes the room a little claustrophobic.

Wonderful Staff, Comfortable Rooms, Excellent Location

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Les Théâtres. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Souad, Duniya and Nana for being so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choices. The location was another big plus. It was just outside the busiest tourist areas, which made it feel a little quieter, yet we were able to walk to so many of Paris’s major attractions. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city.
We left with wonderful memories and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Nice location

Cons:

Extremely low ceilings, I think 2,0 meters.
AC was very weak and noisy, they give fan, it became more noisy and still hot and hard to sleep.
And if you open a window appropriately at 4am every morning a truck come to unload some stuff and wake you up.

Great hotel & good price
Pros:

No notes. We stayed here twice and it would be my first choice if I visit Paris again. Friendly staff, clean rooms, decent air conditioning, great location a few steps away from the subway, convenience stores and a bunch of great restaurants. Big plus was a free espresso machine in each room.
